House was VERY CLEAN. Convenient location to Asheville, though it is at the intersection of two busier roads. The road noise didn't disturb sleep but it could definitely be heard in the house.

The overall location of the house was great! Easy to get everywhere. The house had everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice bonus! My only complaint is the car noise, so if you are a light sleeper this isn’t the house for you. There are loud cars at all hours of the day and night and the house sits at a fork in the road. Other than that it was great! Had one issue with the hot tub and it was taken care of immediately!

Very nice house, great location and very easy to get everywhere around town. The pictures don’t depict it great, but two half way bust roads very close on either side of house, so there is some noise. House has vinyl flooring throughout, so had an “echo”. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

We had the best time at Avondale in Asheville! The house was perfect for our girls' trip, celebrating our 50th birthdays. The house is very close to downtown, and all the amenities were great. The hot tub was a favorite!

Family Spring Break

Had a great stay. Great spot in relation to all the activities. Minutes from downtown. Don’t even need an alarm clock with a wonderful rooster right across the street to get your day going! Great location. Hot tub was a great perk at the end of the days. Great firepit area. Would stay here again if we make our way back to Asheville.
