My only issue with this hotel is that if you want to get on the highway, you have to across traffic going in both directions and during busy times this was not always easy to do, to make things worse there are cars facing you across the road and they also want to across the traffic and a lot of them do not use their turn signals and because of that when there is an opening in traffic you need to wait to see what they are doing and it causes you to miss opportunities but you could avoid this by making a right turn and then making a U turn.

Overall a nice hotel. The one drawback was there were no wifi signals in the room they gave us initially. Had to change rooms

Great experience at this hotel, our second year staying there and we had no complaints.

Staff was great from check in to check out. Linsey in the restaurant was excellent.

The heating is a bit noisy. Location is okay to drive to downtown. Swimming pool in the lobby is nice

Overall hotel itself is good. But the staff and manager are really inexperience. They are not so bright and knowlegdable about the business transaction. I am not sure why they are hired to work there. Maybe cheap labor or pet peeve? They need positive business expertise.

This hotel is in scenic West Asheville where it is hard to beat this hotel for value. Right off the highway. It's very weird to have the pool come into the lobby area, but other than that, a nice little hotel. It was completely full both days we were there but everything ran smoothly. I think a revamp of their hotel guide is in order - there is no channel listing and they list waffles on the room service menu but no longer serve them.

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting the Biltmore house. I had requested the King non-smoking room when I booked the hotel but was told because I went through a third party I had to settle for what was left over. Needless to say I had to down grade our room. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly but others weren't and were very snippy. I don't recommend the restaurant as they were out of many things and were very slow. They don't offer a free continental breakfast and charged extra. As far as the rooms, they were clean and comfortable but all the lamp shades were burnt which wasn't very comforting. It was an ok stay but I won't book here again for our Christmas trip to Biltmore.

While we didn't use the indoor pool, it had one, along with a nice workout area. It was right off the highway, which was convenient, and everything else was nice, which was to be expected. All in all, can't really complain about anything! Thanks.

Very good location for events around Asheville. The facility has seen heavy use and could stand some renovation. The breakfast buffet was very good but not included. Overall it was comfortable and problem free.

This was a great hotel. Very impressed for being a Holiday Inn. Lots of great options to just hang out. Bar could stay open past 11 though. Otherwise this was really nice. They need to have better window coverings for curtains. Still letting in light in some places.

Very nice hotel for the cost also close to downtown the staff was nice.

We were booked for 3 nights but our plans changed very unexpectedly and the front desk person said no problem. We checked out and did not a statement that showed a credit. I called the GM and left a message and he has not returned my call.

My family particularly appreciated the lovely lobby. We had hot chocolate by the fireplace at night, breakfast by the fireplace the next morning. The staff at the front desk were patient and attentive, quick to offer directions and helpful tips. Our rooms were cheerfully decorated and quite comfortable. I would definitely use this hotel again.

This hotel was very convenient to the location of the wedding. It was clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful. The only problem we had was finding parking late at night.

the hotel did not have available the room I pre paid for in Orbitz. I had to talk them into giving me a complimentary breakfast in exchange. Then they charge me again for the room. It took several calls to get the charge reverse because the first time I called to complain about the double charge I was reassured that no double charges were made.

The hotel fit our requirements for the length of our stay in Asheville. Though the room was a bit small for all the furniture that was there, it was comfortable. The staff was very accomodating, and friendly. We enjoyed the meals at breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. Overall, a good value for the price.
