Only one elevator per floor worked which caused long wait times. The Placery is a nice little eatery in the hotel with wine, salads, chips. There's also a full service restaurant in the hotel. We had a king room and it was massive. Would stay here again.

A little hard to find your way to the entrance but otherwise was a perfect spot to stay stay downtown and see a show at spectrum center. Nice views and breakfast included. Would stay again!

THE ELEVATORS DIDN'T WORK. THE STAFF DID THEIR BEST, BUT IT WAS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. ALSO THERE WAS A LOT OF NOISE FROM UNRULEY PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL. "NOT A STAFFING OR HOTEL FAULT.

Elevators Broken for Entire Stay
When we first arrived I was alarmed that one of the two elevators was not working, but we let that slide. Also, I think that more attention needs to take place in regards to advertising that there is no self parking and the only option is valet parking for $38 per night. That was an unexpected expense! Check-in went smoothly. Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to my room and heard the toilet running loudly. I had to lift the cover of the toilet and fix that my self! I know the cleaning crew heard that.. sad that it was not fixed before I checked in! Now what was really unacceptable was that the only remaining elevator broke down during my stay. We had to call the front desk to have them pick us up to walk through the cleaning supply area and ride on the service for the remainder of our stay - UNACCEPTABLE! We were walking up stairs & down stairs in our formal gowns! I am requesting a refund of one night's stay to partially compensate me for this interruption in service. This caused to be late and/or miss the business portions of my convention. Looking forward to a reaponse and refund!

Overall, the hotel has a friendly staff and inclusive breakfast with plenty of dining choices. However, the aging carpets detract from the cleanliness and ambiance of the place.

Elevator issues
During my stay there was only 1 working elevator and that one also stopped working at one point. The wait times for the elevator was pretty long so many people used the stairs. It was less than ideal. The beds were also not very comfortable. The restaurant upstairs was great, however.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and the location is great for walking to both basketball and football events. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet.

Property is fine I didn’t like the fact that when I went to check in I was charge again for protection fee when everything was always book with Expedia and the elevator wasn’t working had to take the staff elevator then ask a staff where there always be someone riding up and down the elevator to take us to our floor she said yes but to come find out you have to use your key to have access to the floor every time I use the sink in the bathroom there was a leak inform front desk they said they have to put in a work order overall very nice hotel but need to inform your guest more about any extra fees or maintenance work need to be done in the room.
