Very poor hotel and service...one elevator working and literally it will take at least good 20 mins to get to your room or leave the hotel...staff obviously not bothered by it and when told they didn’t give a damn...on the other hand the elevators to the rooftop restaurant work smoothly...lobby is filled and packed with unmasked people...very UNSAFE and obviously they don’t care much about safety of their residents (this is coming from a physician)...I travelled the world and this ranks one of the worst hotel I stayed at...never staying at a hayatt ever again..one star is a stretch and generous! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Very bad stay and poor service

I love the people and everything nice aérea nice places

Fine place. In center of downtown..and a great breakfast (during non-Covid times).

I love this hotel it was really pack when we stayed it was Valentine's Day weekend and it was really cold outside so waiting for Valet parking was a bummer. The location was great for us because we were able to Walk to our restaurant which was the main reason why we booked this hotel we had dinner reservations at the Fahrenheit. The Room was very spacious the hotel was quiet enough and the staff was very friendly

Nice area and nice bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful

Everything was good and awesome customer service and I will definitely come back here

Great hotel, great location! We had a short stay but enjoyed our large room, the view and the restaurant Fahrenheit at the hotel!

I loved the fact it was in downtown and easy to walk most places. The main reason I chose the hotel

Excellent location. Modern design. Terrific views

Mold in the shower; very hard to find; only available parking is valet at $28 per night. Several other much better alternatives in downtown Charlotte.
