The view was great. The room was clean. There were some stains in the hallway, but overall the facilities were very nice.

Nice service, great latte in the morning from the Coffee/Starbucks outlet in the lobby

the last time i try to check it ii did not get the warm welcome

Very positive experience overall, very convienient location for our specific activities in Charlotte. On the downside the hotel was a bit noisy due to multiple functions that were going on in addution to weekend night parties. A complementary coffee bar in the lobby would have been greatly welcomed and appreciated, especially in the morning.

Noise all night long from music... we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. And the hot water in the room was not working properly. Lastly called for car at valet and number on ticket it produced a busy signal. Then called front seat and had to call over 4 times to finally get someone to answer the phone to get our car. So the entire process took over 45 minutes just to check out the hotel. We live in Charlotte so we did this as a treat and it was no true.

Little pricey but you get what you pay for in location!!!

Arrivd for check in at 4:45 after they posted check in time is 3 PM. Was told there was no clean rooms and that I would be placed on a waiting list. I was in town for a football game and this tied me to the hotel until the room was available rather than being able to tailgate. The lady at the front counter was unapologetic and offered nothing in the way of explanation or reparation. Offering free breakfast or free parking would’ve been a nice touch. I was pretty disappointed.

A short walk to Bank of America Stadium...............

No hot water or water pressure in shower for three days. The AC/heat didn’t work well either as room was either too hot or too cold. Room was cleaned until 5:30 pm one day.

Great hotel and staff. Centrally located in the city and walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars.

Great hotel near all the downtown activities. The food available was a bit short on variety and the bed was not as comfortable as I would hope but I would certainly stay there again.

Very clean and great location plus good comfort ..

Hotel and staff are very nice. Quick check in. The bed is a little hard but linens are fantastic.

We stayed 3 nites. There were issues with our & other guests card keys deactivating daily. Annoying but at least staff worked quickly to fix problem each time. Cafe, restaurant, bar, front desk staff & everyone else was helpful & pleasant. There was a $25/day parking fee which no one mentioned until checkout. Centrally located. I would stay here again.

Wonderful lovagion, walkimg distance to most of the night life locations in the area. Bery pricy room service... $92 for 1 grits and shrimp dinner, and 1 pasta and shrimp dinner. The hotel smelled grrat as soon as you walk in, fast check in, staff was great, rooms clean of coirse, one robe for the room, would have been nice to have had a swcond for my friend staying with me. It was a short stay, 3 nights, but overall great hotel for a weekend getaway. Check out at 12, we had late flight, they secured our luggage for us. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a great spot .... location is perfect for a Charlotte stay

Great experience! It is next door to the conversation center.
