The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded.

Brunette that checked me in…hates me! I complained on her once for putting me in an handicap room and it’s been bad service ever since. Anytime she checks me in she gives me the worst room possible. Paid over $500 for this horrible room! We suppose to get an upgrade and it felt like a downgrade. Room was smelly, dirty, hot and carpet was in horrible shape… only plus is the valet is 24hours and always good. I’m taking a break from Bohemian …..maybe forever.

The staff were excellent, the decor was very nice, and the beds were comfy. The room let in a bit too much noise. We stayed two nights and both nights I awoke to voices between 3 and 4 AM, that I think were coming from outside, but might have been from down the hall. I also did not enjoy being nickel-and-dimed on little things that are often complementary at nicer hotels. Bottles of water were $7. Basic internet was $10 per day. Parking was $48 a night, and if you get into the overflow lot, takes 5-10 minutes for you to get your car back. That was after a nightmare of trying to use their valet parking upon arrival, which required getting in a queue that wrapped around the block, while competing with traffic coming from the other directions. Some of these things can't be helped, but it didn't lead to the most relaxing stay.

Good sized room, very clean throughout the hotel. Blackout drapes on the windows keep it nice and dark during daylight hours. Incredibly polite and helpful staff all around. Downside is that the windows do not filter much if any street noise. Even 9 floors up there was LOUD bar music playing till 2am every night.
