This property is well appointed and is downright stunning in its decor and appointments; however, IMHO this property is still in a startup mode. For this stay the service and amenities were a bit lacking. While front desk personnel were friendly, they were deficient in their duties and problem solving. During my two nights stay my key card glitched three times and new keys were reissued each time as the solution. One time was forgivable, but two additional times? This was a major inconvenience since a working key card was required to access the lobby elevators up to the room. A major shortcoming was the overall lack of on-premises staff. There was no breakfast room service since the on-premises restaurant kitchen was only open for lunch service and dinner service. The only breakfast service conveniently available was the Starbucks off the lobby. Otherwise, the guest was left on their own without any nearby alternatives or suggestions from the hotel staff. While the staffing issue is a complex problem to solve, property management did not brainstorm sufficient contingency plans to overcome the properties shortcomings. Would I stay at this property again? Yes, if I was assured that all the issues were solved.
Me and my fiancé had been out visiting friends one evening and as I was getting out of the vehicle I was approached by a homeless man and it scared her because security was out there and didn’t do anything about it

Very beautiful Hotel. I love the paintings all around the hotel and the little details. Very clean as well you can tell it’s a brand new hotel.

The art work and general décor was exceptional . Valet service and restaurants ( MICO and Bruho ) were superb . The front desk staff were nice and pleasant but even basic information about what to expect at the property would have been helpful. Housekeeping was nonexistent. Not withstanding COVID 19 restrictions three (3 ) calls to get hand towels, running out of toilet tissue , and running out of water for the room on the 3 rd day was ridiculous. One would expect better from a room that usually runs $ 400 per day.
