Location is great. There was a lot of noise on my floor the night I was staying there, doors banging and loud talking after midnight. I think that had more to do with the guests and not the staff.

Too many people at the 11th floor executive club over the weekend there were too many people at the 11th floor executive club over the weekend there were so many families and kids in pajamas I think they ate your hotel out of house and home it was awful nothing was left for us there was no coffee cereal bagels really should only have two floors for the executive privilege not four

Wasn’t the best experience for the money spent at Hilton. Service at the restaurants were horrendous. The food was good at the Bar but the rest of the meals and service were awful. We got a handicap room (not by choice) that wasn’t too clean the bed however was comfortable. When you spend money on a Hilton everything should be 4-star but felt like 2-star.

The location was perfect. Centrally located to the city, beautiful water view with restaurants and shops close by.

Great location and many dining options in close proximity.

It was close to an event i was attending and had great restaurants near by

Elevator buttons didn’t work most of the time. Other than that it was a great place! Will stay again.

I though breakfast was included. That was disappointing.

Nice room but the floor I stayed on was very noisy and I couldn't get any sleep. Overall, hotel is nice and close to a lot of things. I just wish the noise level wasn't so awful during my stay.

Nice hotel. Beautiful rooms. Right on a lake with nice shopping right behind.

Overall I had a nice stay accept for the lack of sleep. Clean up to date rooms. Great location, great views. Nice staff. Only downside, and I’m sure this would be different if my room was in a different spot, but I slept HORRIBLE. I could hear the elevator all night, every person that got ice, sporadic loud talking until close to 2am and starting again at 5am. Around 6am hotel staff was going in and out of a storage room across from my room and the heavy loud door would periodically slam. I stayed because I’m attending a conference and didn’t want to get up early and spend 30 minutes driving. So now I get to try to stay awake through 6 hours of lecture. I’d probably stay here again but request a room very far from this room. i think they should comp me a night since I paid $150 to not get rest.

I am sorry to hear that there were too many people and kids in the executive lounge over the weekend. Unfortunately, they reserved the executive lounge floor and they have the right to have access in the executive lounge. They also have the right to take their kids to the lounge for breakfast. I am truly sorry for the convenience. Thank you and have a great day!
