Wasn’t the best experience for the money spent at Hilton. Service at the restaurants were horrendous. The food was good at the Bar but the rest of the meals and service were awful. We got a handicap room (not by choice) that wasn’t too clean the bed however was comfortable. When you spend money on a Hilton everything should be 4-star but felt like 2-star.

I am sorry to hear that there were too many people and kids in the executive lounge over the weekend. Unfortunately, they reserved the executive lounge floor and they have the right to have access in the executive lounge. They also have the right to take their kids to the lounge for breakfast.
