very high level of service. I needed to print a ticket and one of their sales agents spent ten minutes iwth me to make sure I got it - even let meuse the printer in his office. Very high level of service.

Building was gorgeous!!! Parking lot was full of trash. Shame people are so lazy. I’m sure it was cleaned up as soon as the hotel staff saw it. Lots of cars.

The accommodated me when Orbitz did not send my confirmation a reservation over.. Orbitz still has not send the confirmation over to them so the Hilton Hotel took it upon themselves to give me a room after I've been waiting over 2 where I paid Orbitz.

Check in was an absolute nightmare. Checked in at 2:50pm & told that room wouldn’t be ready until 3:00pm. No problem. Had to wait in a 20 minute line twice. Finally got a key (digital option wasn’t working). In my room for less than 10min trying to prep for a wedding. Room service pounding at my door insisting that I let them in. Nightmare. Would have been better off at a motel 6. Do not recommend

I liked the location, I loved the staff, I liked the decor, I liked the rooms and everything was clean. I did not like our bathroom in the room, the tub was peeling and there was a yellow water stain around the drain which made it seem like it was dirty so I did not use the tub! I also did not like the fact that the use of marijuana was prohibited on the floor I stayed on!

My stay was nice. Very clean. I would stay here again.

Location is great. There was a lot of noise on my floor the night I was staying there, doors banging and loud talking after midnight. I think that had more to do with the guests and not the staff.
