I absolutely LOVED my stay. The hotel was in the perfect location right on the lake . In the back of the hotel is a lovely boardwalk filled with different restaurants, attractions and things to do, beautiful view. This was a beautiful resort ! My hotel room was renovated, remodeled and clean !! Everything was perfect . This was a Five Star stay ! I’m from Pittsburgh PA and everytime I visit Charlotte this will be where I stay ! The only thing I think they should change is the pool hours. The pool closes at 7pm I believe that’s too early for the summer weather.

It was a nice Hotel. Although, I didn’t get the room I booked and paid for. The halls were noisy, I could hear music being played in the hallway and laughing and talking around 2am in the hall and room next to me.

I was looking forward to staying there. The walls are very thin and folks are smoking in rooms but with it being so large there is no control that.. but the place has so many great accommodations… will I stay there again yes… but I have to pick a not so busy season.. great location great parking

Since I booked through Expedia and not the Hilton app, I feel like it was frowned upon and staff kept emphasizing I didn’t book through Hilton. Neighbors in the next room were noisy. Overall, I loved the area, parking and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will book again
