Property is “under renovation” but our room clearly was one of the ones that was not renovated yet. Bathroom was cramped and tiny. Bed was caved in, mattress was horrible. You could see the indentations on each side of the bed. Valet was inattentive and we had to get our own car

Overall it was a nice stay. A couple of attendants at the front need to work on their “warmth” and explanation of charges etc. rather than assuming all guests are all-knowing. The room we were in was clean but you could clearly see they put “bandages” over things that needed to be fully redone. The showers were kind of a mess, and really the bathroom overall. Floors looked as if they needed a deeper clean. However we slept well and enjoyed the amenities and enjoyed our stay overall.

Bowl game trip

Came here for a football game. The hotel gave me a great experience with all the amenities in the lobby. The staff was kind and amazing. The room was affordable and comfortable.
