Great place to stay!!
We had a wonderful stay last weekend. Delicious fresh buffet breakfast that we prebooked through Orbitz. The room was clean and quiet with a soft, comfortable bed and Gilchrist and Soames bathroom amenities. Gym is big and has wide variety of equipment. Indoor pool was "temporarily" closed for maintenance but didnt look like it had been open for a while. Outdoor pool (and poolside bar) are seasonal. Year-round, there are two bars and a restaurant in the hotel. A 10-minute walk to downtown. Self-parking in uncovered lot $25 for 6-24 hours.

First day they gave me room and it was dirty they change it and second one has roaches :( not clean
Overall our stay was pleasant. Check in was very easy and staff in the lobby were very pleasant. However, 2 things disappointed us. First, maid service knocked on our door at 8:30 am to see what time we were leaving. We were still sleeping. Second, we recommend you have breakfast somewhere else. The $40 bill for the breakfast buffet was not worth it! Cold eggs, watery grits and you have to ask the wait staff for water, coffee, juice. Nothing was offered to you.
I brought my mother and grandparents with me on a vacation. Overall was nice. I did not like however, afterhours a rep was joking around about my grandfathers condition to me. About a matter i had asked pertaining to his health on the clock, was loudly broadcasted across the dinning section of the hotel once the rep saw me. I had to kindly remind him he is loud & does not know me, to be joking around carlessly as my family and I were headed to dinner. It was very disrespectful, even moreso about how loud he was as he made the joke, he made the whole room awkward and silent. My grandfather is 70years old beat stage 4cancer and has had 3 major surgeries, one to correct a hole in his stomach during a surgery to remove tumors. I didn't find his joke amusing not one bit. They do have microwaves and refrigerators available upon request which is nice because my papa needed insulin cooled.

No hot water during our stay. Also, you could hear what was going on in each room as you walk down the halls.

No hot water for entire first night/morning at the hotel. When asking for fresh towels then never brought them. Rooms were not well cleaned.
Liked my city view. Didn’t like that it was few toiletries when it was an adult and 3 children. Found mold inside a cup in the room!!

A must ! I highly recommend this place .. The staff was so friendly.
It has the amenities that i look for. Had good restaurant and bar. Pool was great. What i did not like was the hot tub was out of service, my bathtub was clogged and water would not drain, and checking out of the parking lot was so frustrating. Was stuck in the parking lot for 45 min with no explanation.
