For a mid tier hotel, Drury's are definitely a great option. We are on a road trip and had to check an extremely late (1am), and the night desk clerk--Netta-- was welcoming, helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was pretty good. Firm, supportive but with enough of a cushy top that it was comfortable. (Although my hubby thought it was a little hard... But I'm usually the picky one regarding beds so if I was comfortable I would say this is a pretty good band) But, T
the one down side is: I would say that the mattress offers no motion control. So every time somebody turns over, the whole bed shakes/feels like a trampoline.
Otherwise the hotel is clean and the service staff is awesome. Great full breakfast, with a staff of four people making sure everything is hot ready to go.... and their indoor pool and gym looks fresh and clean!
Feels just a little dated, decor wise... but definitely not run down.
If they upgraded their mattresses to more of the memory foam/motion control type---I'd say the stay was perfect!
