We requested a suite with a sofa bed. When we opened the bed to make it, there was a soiled crusty washcloth on the mattress. The elevator didn’t work and we were given the wrong room number on our key packet and had to go back down the stairs for corresponding room and keys then back up again.

Breakfast was great! And the 5:30pm snacks were wonderful, we did not have to go out for dinner. And the staff was so friendly. Our room was clean and nice. We will definitely recommend this hotel

I didn't like the very small bathrooms. The breakfast and "happy hour" beverages and snacks were very well done. BIG thanks to the young lady running breakfast BY HERSELF, she worked very hard and did a great job!!
The hotel staff was very nice & accommodating. The hotel 's lobby area was very clean and inviting. My only complaint is our room was never cleaned during our stay. Apparently you have to let the front desk know, when you are checking in, that you would like to have daily maid service...due short staffing.
