Great hotel with friendly staff!! Excellent location within City Center! I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall satisfactory. Breakfast was late with room service and incomplete. Concierge did not meet our needs for local restaurant recommendations. Stoke restaurant was very good

The hotel met our expectations and the location was very convenient for the Panthers game. They were remodeling their lobby area but we did not hear any noise from construction. Overall a great stay!

The hotel was fine but it was under renovation when we were there. They should be for another year too. A free drink or a discount would have been nice to offset the incovneiece of no air and water for amounts of time.

Very nice , safe , fun restaurant sports bar down stairs, starbucks , walking distance to TWC arena and Epicentre ,the best part was having transpotation available at the hotel.

The hotel was just ok, the extra charges for the premium rooms are not worth the price charged. the standard room rates are just ok

Great place to stay, wonderful location. If you are going to visit charlotte and want to walk around you need to stay here.

We were in a great, central location with many restaurants and places to see within easy walking distance. No problems. Another wonderful stay at a Marriott :)

Took way too long to get service at breakfast. Had to chase down a manager to finally get served.

Nice stay and glad we choose the Marriott. The location was perfect!

Great location and buffet. Room service was lacking though.

Staff- Noel is very nice and helpful. Hotel in downtown -too loud , actually very loud out room was in connection or close to another room we can hear them so clearly

We arrived right at 3 - check-in time. Our room (requested king size bed) was not ready, so we agreed to take a room with two queens. These were NOT queen beds. I don't know why they couldn't just be honest and call them doubles. I sleep on a queen every night at home - I know what size they are! Bathroom was teeny tiny. Two people couldn't pass each other in there and you had to step aside to close the door. Hotel staff was less than friendly, as was the staff in the hotel Starbucks. Was a bit surprised at the cold reception. Having said all that, the location - 3 blocks from Time Warner Arena - was perfect for us and we would stay there again - as long as we got the promised king size bed!

The hotel was just as expected. Clean, great location, friendly staff.

Booked a suite and when I arrived I was told they didn't have suites so they gave me a credit to the hotel. Then a friend that was staying at the hotel with me checked in later and was upgraded to a suite because she was a rewards member just shows how they treat there regular customers!

The mattress was awful. Very soft and lumpy on my side. Better on my wife's side.

Left car in hotel garage and walked to the stadium

Room was clean and comfortable, a bit more corporate than I would have liked but over all I was very pleased. Room did not come with mini fridge but called front desk and they brought one up at no extra charge. We were also able to get robes brought up which was nice. Great pool & hot tub area. Would have been nice if parking had of been free but it was not. Was only a few more dollars to go with valet parking so I did that and was worth the extra five dollars or so. Would visit this hotel again.

$9.95 per day for internet in room!! No way. Everything else just fine.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Delicious breakfast at Savannah Red. Checked in around 9:00PM after visiting with our son and daughter-in-law. Around 3:30AM awakened by loud and rowdy guests on our hall. Called the desk and noise did cease after about 30 minutes. Desk clerk compensated us for this disturbance by deleting the valet parking charges from our bill. Not sure what hotels can do to make sure these things don't happen but quite an upsetting experience.
