The property was very modern and friendly and the restaurant has a short but amazing menu. Defenetly my stay for my next trip to Charlotte.

i liked that it was downtown and could easily walk to other attractions.

Friendly staff, nice room and great location. My only issue was the $35 valet parking per night.

Clean and spacious room friendly, responsive, and efficient staff. Perfect location for attending an event at Spectrum arena. Close to independent coffee shops with great coffee and food.

We emptied our own trash. Really no customer service offered. Apparently, there is a custom in the city. People with very loud cars drive around all night, every night, and rev their engines so the echo keeps people up. This must be common because I spoke to a repeat guest who experienced it both times. We got very little sleep. We'll stay in the suburbs next time.

Located directly across from major restaurant and businesses so was noisy. Every twenty minutes the tram came by ringing that bell and sometimes it's horn. Also, constant Police and emergency vehicles blaring thier horns was cause for a very sleepless night.

Great location. You can hear neighbors pretty clearly though.

It was a great hotel. Parking was a bit difficult because they don’t have valet due to covid.

Good

liked the location in heart of city with everything available at walking distance including very fine restaurants.

Room next door TV on all night long loud reported it to staff inattentive to the matter until the second phone call 2 hours later as a result did not sleep very well

Great location, staff and facility. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Great hotel with friendly staff!! Excellent location within City Center! I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall satisfactory. Breakfast was late with room service and incomplete. Concierge did not meet our needs for local restaurant recommendations. Stoke restaurant was very good

The hotel met our expectations and the location was very convenient for the Panthers game. They were remodeling their lobby area but we did not hear any noise from construction. Overall a great stay!

The hotel was fine but it was under renovation when we were there. They should be for another year too. A free drink or a discount would have been nice to offset the incovneiece of no air and water for amounts of time.
