Do not like the hotel charge me parking fee, because the hotel doesn’t locate at a busy area.

I was advised upon arrival of a $12 daily fee for parking, this was not mentioned, i.e. like the breakfast fee. Reception was less than stellar.

My room on the 18th floor was in good condition. My buddies room on the 11th floor was very worn, but still nice. bar and restaurant very expensive, did not eat food there. in the morning elevator did not work due to fire alarm , had to walk down 18 flights of stairs. Stairwell was littered with un-eaten chicken wings strangely enough.

The hotel was just tired. Chair in room had uphostry torn. AC was very noisy. No ice machine working on our floor. Sheets looked like they had already been slept in. 4 standard pillows for a king size bed.

The lobby was nice and clean breakfast could b included and no microwave in room but ok overall

We had to move to another hotel. The lobby smelled so bad of air spray trying to cover up pet odor thst we couldn’t stand it long enough to even check in.

The food is terrible. They were out of a bunch of things on their drink and food menu, and the manager was not even around to help correct any issues. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Paperwork from the previous guest was still scattered about the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They get you with the cheap room rate and over charge for everything else.

The heat/Cool exchanger unit was terrible. Instructions stated that there were no controls on the unit it had to be controlled by a controller on the wall, my wife and I could not find this wall unit. The temperature was acceptable but the noisy blower ran all night long. We discovered a small remote control by the telephone in the morning (instructions should state portable remote control, not wall unit.) which seems to operate the unit somewhat but still would not shut the unit off. Also, the toilet was a low sitter with a high water level, I'm a man which means you have to hold yourself or your tip will take a dip. Foggy mirror after shower (low flow exhaust fan). ugly patchwork on bathroom ceiling.
