The room was nice and clean. It was a quite place to stay . The staff was very helpful and friendly . The only thing I didn't like is they put me in a room that was all the way at the end off the hall on the highest floor .

MANAGER WAS VERY FRIENDLY. Maids are very neat and clean

The stay was okay. The bathroom was clean along with the kitchen and the dishes. I recommend stay there f you're planning on staying a night. Two nights at the most.

Very god experience. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Was in Huntersville for the weekend, and the hotel suited my need for a no-frills place to stay very well.

This hotel is great for our yearly trip to the carolina rebellion. Takes about 15 mins to get to the show plenty of things around to do and eat. Quick access to 77 and a small drive to 85. Had a great experience the lights are a little weird to figure out but nothing major will definitely stay here again next year

When we arrived, all the doors we're locked and there was a big sign at the door saying no check ins after 11:00pm. No were on the sight that it says "no late check ins" NEVER GOING TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN

Clean, friendly staff and restful stay. I will let friends and family know about my stay

From start to finish, this was a horrible place to stay. First, they are not the cheapest place to stay; in the past I've always stayed at the Best Western in Mathews in a king suite for less. But my family moved to the other side of Charlotte so this Suburban Extended Stay Hotel was much closer to their house. We were set to check-in on a Thursday, so the Tuesday before, I called to ask them for two rooms next to each other. It was my mom and dad in their queen suite and myself in a queen suite. A guy named [...]asked me to call back the next day and he would see what he could do. So I called again on Wednesday, the day before check-in and [...]asked me to call back in 15 minutes. So I called back in 15 minutes and [...]confirmed that we were set for two queen suites next to each other. When we arrived on Thursday, we waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes and then went looking for an employee. We found her texting in the vending machine room. She very casually walked out to the front desk and stood there in complete silence typing on her computer. I asked her if there was anything she needed from us and she informed me that the computer system was slow so I needed to wait. Once she confirmed the reservation, I asked to confirm two queen suites next to each other. Without even looking in the computer, she said that they weren't allowed to confirm room placement. I explained who I spoke with and when and she said it didn't matter because they weren't allowed to confirm room placement. So we ended up down and across the hall from each other. When we got to the room, we found my mothers room was not cleaned from the last guest. I went to the front desk and the woman said there wasn't a cleaning person in the hotel so she would need to move my mother to another room. When we went to the second hotel room, it was a full suite, not a queen. So I went back to the front desk to explain that we paid for a queen suite and that was what we wanted. After much huffing and puffing, she moved us to the third floor, still down and across the hall from each other. When we went to the third hotel room, my mom found that the toilet was broken- you had to reach in the tank and pull the chain because the handle was broke. Then she found the toilet seat was broken off the toilet completely. At this point, I had all I could take. I told my mom to take my room because everything worked and I just couldn't deal with the front desk clerk again. I called the manager of the hotel but I never heard back from her. I called the Choice Hotels Customer Satisfaction number and spoke with a representative who said I could go stay in another hotel and then dispute the credit card charge with my credit card company. He said if I waited for a refund from the hotel, I would probably never receive it. I also found out that there is NO staff on premises from 11 pm to 7 am!! That plus the outside doors to the lobby and hallway don't actually lock so anybody can walk in off the street made me very afraid. Don't stay here! It's not the cheapest hotel, it's not the only one in that area as I quickly found out so it's not like it's your only option.- also, tried to charge me when I got there even though I already paid. - received three phone calls in the middle of the night so I unplugged the phone from the wall. - NO coffee in room even though there was a coffeemaker in the room!!

went to race on 2nd night room was not cleaned had no towels for the follwing mornning
