Room was dirty, had party items from last people who stayed up on the walls, greasy walls with food on it in the kids cabin area. No trash bags, asked several time to get some from the ladies in the hall and they said they would bring them and never did.

Great for kids! Rooms are basic and not very comfortable but you don't spend much time in them.

Nice family fun place. Lumpy beds Pricey but fun got all

Our room was very spacious and clean. Lifeguards were plentiful! Kids had an amazing time!

Although my kids had a great time at GWL, I believe I contracted a bacterial infection from the Resort. I don't know if it was the water itself, a dirty towel, a chair, maybe the bandaid floating in the water. I don't recall having any small scrapes or scratches on my back. I even checked my boys before we went because if they had any cut or scrapes we would've put waterproof bandages on them. Everyone knows you don't go in a public pool with an open cut or wound or you're asking for a Staph infection. That being said buyer beware. We were a family of four, mom, dad, boys aged 2 & 5. We played in every pool and on every water-slide. What I can say is watching other families and children, these parents were NOT taking their children to the bathroom! Every time I went, my boys went and they were no kids in those bathrooms. We stayed in the water park area on a Sunday from 1 to 7 pm the first day and 11 to 3 on Monday the second day. On about Wednesday night at home, I noticed some small pimples on my right side of my back with the middle looking like it was pus-filled. I watched it for a few days and it seemed to not change. Then on about Saturday the area was extremely painful and looked like it was spreading, so Monday first thing I went to the Doctor. The Doctor also agreed with my assessment that I contracted this bacterial skin infection from the water-park. Now, I am taking antibiotics four times daily for 10 days and praying it doesn't get worse like Staph

Had a Great time! Beds were not comfortable, lumpy.

Very friendly staff from check-in until we left. Lots of things to keep us busy. Would have like some better options for food.maybe some healthy options. Over all....great trip!

our family really enjoyed the hotel and activities. great location

The staff was great! Great experience for my entire family. It is very pricey, but where else can you go for waterpark fun in the Winter. Overall great experience!!

Hotel could have been cleaner. Waterpark was a lot of fun.

We just enjoyed an overnight stay with our extended family and everyone had a blast. We stayed only one night, but it we were able to check-in at 1pm to start enjoying the waterpark on the first day. We were sent a text message when our rooms were ready, and RFID bracelets provided access (neat feature). Check-in was a little crowded, but the staff was very nice. The waterpark is great. It's the largest indoor park I've seen. The water is heated, as is the space, but it still gets chilly at times. There are three levels of attractions for all ages. My youngest was able to play in a splash pool with slides, while my middle child could venture to some larger slides and the wave pool, and my (tall) 6-year old could ride everything in the park. Definitely enough rides to keep you busy for the 2 days we spent there, but probably not much longer. We stayed in a Wolf Den room with bunks for the kids. They loved having their own area with separate TV. We had a separate queen bed with a pull out sofa for other guests as well. The rooms were nice and clean. There were lots of other amenities on-site that we did not take advantage of, like the nightly story time and animated sing-along. Some activities can add up quickly, like MagicQuest, but others are free. Location is right off I-85 and there are tons of restaurants within a mile of the hotel. Also, Concord Mills outlets are about a mile away for plenty of shopping. Would definitely recommend for families and anyone with young children. Also great for those colder months when you need some physical activity.

Enjoyed every minute of it excited about going back

We took my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. She loved everything about the hotel and waterpark.

its like a mini amusement park. it has water park and magiquest which is fun for the kids and a work out!!

This a great place for a vacation for the kids and family.

This is our second trip to GWL, and we loved it again! It was for our daughter's 6th birthday, and she was able to bring along two of her cousins. The kids had a blast at the waterpark, and I couldn't have asked for a better trip. The restaurant inside also offered a great value for the kids and was also very good. The staff were all very courteous and pleasant. We can't wait to travel again!

This is our second great Wolfe. We arrived early and they f Got us our room very quickly. People are nice.
