Property has a spa but it was "out of order." Yellow tape wrapped around it said "sorry for the inconvenience." It would be nice if they'd let you know which amenities work and which don't. Update the website or inform guests upon check-in. I'm a disabled veteran and I actually need the spa to deal with my pain...it's the primary reason I stay at Hiltons
We always stay here when we are in the Charlotte/Concord areas and the property is always up to par. Only issue I have is not being given a receipt I requested. Was told I had to get one from the third party I booked through. But they were the one's who Charged my card and held the deposit so I feel Anyone spending money anywhere should be given a receipt if they ask, I mean how much does a sheet of printer paper cost? And I was not able to get it from the 3rd party either. SMH.

Very open layout, friendly staff. Did have a smoke incident on the 2nd floor one night, but it cleared up by morning.
Staff were great hot breakfast was very good parking lot was pretty dirty but it is right off the interstate so no surprise there

Room was clean however i did have what sounded like a heard of deer running in the room above me it didn't last too long other than that it was a quiet night stay

My stay at this hotel was arranged last minute and everything from check in to the very friendly and helpful front desk was great; the room was clean and location convenient to restaurants and interstate; my only complaint was the housekeeping staff; even after numerous calls they didn't show to clean the room and replace towels, etc. It was getting late in the afternoon and they kept asking me if I had put a do not disturb sign on my door as excuse even though I kept saying no. Out of exasperation I asked them to just drop off clean towels, etc. and I'd do it myself and they showed up 30 minutes later.
Love that this hotel is right in the center of a ton of restaurants and shopping with close access to highways. I stay here every time I visit Charlotte.
Overall, it was okay housekeeping could of done a better job....
This hotel and staff is one of the best I have stayed at just wish it would have been for more than one shirt evening. It sparkles and the staff is outstanding from check in through breakfast. Thank you for making our quick trip an excellent one. Not even the ritz has the level of customer satisfaction that this hotel exhibits. Great job!
