They charged me twice!

The hotel could use a refresh, carpets especially, and regular size pillows would be nice instead of 3 tiny ones. Breakfast was great. But my cc was charged twice. I've left 3 msg, bc you can't get through to a real person, and no one has called or emailed me back to correct the problem. Things like that should be handled in a timely manner. Waiting....

Rooms were not ready at 30 min after check in time, many people waiting in the lobby waiting for rooms. House keeping staff was gossiping in the hallway after “running behind” and not having several rooms not ready. Trash from the last person was left in the room and crumbs on the counter. Room looked beat up with cracked night table and duct tape on the bottom of the lamp. This hotel used to be the nicest in the area but it’s showing its age now and staff isn’t keeping up with cleanliness. Also breakfast left much to be desired, things constantly running out and the driest eggs I’ve ever had.

Given a room, let child open door- 2 adults in bed; staff acted like no big deal; given second room-it was ALSO occupied!!!!!! Staff wasn’t even concerned that we were inconvenienced or that all this took 2 hours or that 2 children walked into a a room with 2 strangers! What bothered me most was they acted like it happened all the time—BAD sign!

Being here for business I needed to print documents. MUCH to my surprise that the “business center” located inside this hotel does NOT offer printing capabilities .

The hotel was very nice..however the rooms are in need of a update to the 2000 era..The furniture is dark & old..the wallpaper needs a refresh,. They need to revamp the place especially the rooms ,The furnituer and especially the sleeper couch needs to be trown away.you sit down on the sleep couch you sink to the springs not very comfortable. I found the rooms very dark However, on good notes the bathrooms were extremly clean & very well kept. The bedroom is very comfortable The bed is extremely comfortable but needs king size pillows. The tv worked very well The rooms need new & more up to date & lighter color furniture and brighter lighting.. the breakfast buffet was good. the food was good The staff was great very nice friendly & helpful

Our room was not clean. The furniture was stained. The floors had stains and wrinkles (dangerous for my elderly mother). The lamp shades even had stains. The bathroom door handle was broken and the closet door handle was duct taped. The pulley on the blinds was held on by wire ties. We called down for our room to he cleaned three different times. They came on day and barely cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel location and would not go back.

Stay away from this grotesque dumpster fire of a hotel. Its dirty, greasy, unsanitary, and dishonest. The rooms are small, the whole place is outdated, the breakfast is an abomination, and they secretly charge ypu hidden parking fees.

Stay away from hell hotel

An abomination to the Hilton name, this hotel has made me rethink being an Honors member. The whole hotel is out dated, with paint chipping off the cieling in the main corridor and falling on guests and the floor (and food, ive contacted the health department). The rooms are bare minimum, and the refrigerators are so small, you can barely fit a happy meal in. The breakfast is disgusting. Imagine floppy bacon and sausage swimming in a pool of grease, eggs the texture of blended sponges, and the omelette bar attendant put so much oil in the pan, the whole burnt omelette is swimming in it. On top of it all, they secretly charge an $8 a day parking fee. How disgusting of a place. I suggest going with a Holiday inn, or hell, even a motel 6 at this point.
