This hotel was undergoing renovations and it was absolutely displeasing. Beds were not nice or clean. The sheets and “blankets” had burn holes. Bathroom was disgusting. Walls were badly painted. The only thing that was decent was the carpeting on third floor that they claim was remodeled but if that’s what the remodel looks like I will not ever go back in the future. If I could get my money back I would.

Hotel was under renovation. It did not state that when booking. Front desk staff mentioned it when checking in. The hotel smelled like fresh paint. When I got off the elevator, there were OPEN paint cans in the hallway. When I entered the room, the smell was overwhelming. I opened the window hoping it would alleviate the smell, to no avail. I was so nauseous, I had to call Orbitz for a refund and have them find me another hotel. I was actually on the verge of going to the hospital. My husband had to take the phone and speak on my behalf because I just couldn't.

The smell of the hotel was awful. Very dirty stairs. The room was with broken light switched. Bed sheet has cigarette holes. Bathroom sing and tub have cigarette burn marks. Hallway rugs have stains with the size of a human body. People were talking outside all night. it did not like a safe place. Tear it down!

Bad neighborhood. Food, dirt, burn holes in the sheets. Carpet turns white socks black in trip across the room. T.V. older than dirt. Nice staff at the desk. Laundry guy was walking around with a cigarette in his mouth (not lit) and looked like he was on drugs. Hotel smelled strongly like marijuana. Ic we werent dead tired and checking in late, we would have left.

Easy access to points of interest in the Charlotte area

The room was very small and basic, and just seemed dirty and run down. The hotel staff was kind enough to allow me to cancel the reservation when I communicated that I didn't want to stay here. There are better options for a similar or slightly higher price in the area.

I arrived to some your dudes that look shady and since I am from NYC, The Bronx, I know when a hotel is a drug spot or prostitution ring. I went for snacks in the morning before I left and more shady looking dudes walking into the hotel at 9AM, I thought that was strange. Anyway, lock your doors and keep your pistol on deck.
