When I first got there, I liked how it looked on the outside. After coming inside getting my room, I asked to be changed to the third floor however, the wheelchair that I had was too wide to even get through into the room so I will switch to a first floor bedroom, handy, capable room, which the bathroom light didn’t work then this third room I was had a older, but it was wide enough for me to get into and the shower, I could not use because it was rusty looking inside.

Good but room smelled a little

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for dining and shopping. But my room smelled like medication plus the room next to me to my right had someone who smoked in their bathroom so it went to my bathroom walls.

Mold in bathroom. No free coffee or breakfast. Rude staff. No houseboy replenish cups, towels, make bed or clean up. Room wasn’t in very good shape when checked in. Two night stay and I should have moved out. I was just too tired to pack up and move on. After 2nd night I left. Also a 40.00 charge was added to my room bill plus a 1:00 charge. No explanation. I blocked payment of the 40,00 charge to my Card.

The check in was great. She was very nice and quick. We got to our room, it was a little warm. We turned the air down. It never got cool. We went down to look at the pool. It was green! Couldnt see through it. Thats one of the main reasons I booked this place. Too bad we cant use the pool. At midnight the ac unit started making a loud noise. My daughter couldnt sleep. She went to the truck to cool off and get some sleep. She had a state test the next morning at 7:45. So much for a relaxing night.

For the most part . I would say that they were understaffed. It took 45 minutes to check in and somehow there were two reservations and my card was charged 3 times . I will admit that most of the staff was professional at night time however, sitting on your cell phone while at the front desk didn’t seem inviting .
