Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was rather expensive. Parking was in a garage next door. Carts for taking luggage were not well designed. Barn door to the bathroom kept getting stuck.
When we visit family in the area, this property has it all. Location, friendly staff and clean.

I loved the views especially the city of Charlotte. Also the room was clean and the bathroom was very nice 👌. Nothing about our stay was bad.
Very update facility. Walk from hotel to numerous places to eat, or just enjoy people on the green space nearby.

The accommodations were great, but parking was not convenient for someone with a mobility disability. Handicap parking is in the parking garage and not nearest to the hotel.
Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially with our service dog.
