Near airport clean rooms perfect
Walls are super thin! We got zero sleep as a result of people in the hotel staying up until 3:30am in the morning. Made several Complaints to front desk which resulted in no change to the noise.

The property’s concept is intriguing. However, there are no work spaces in the rooms, and oddly, the showers are so bare, there’s no place to lay soap, shampoo, etc. Overpriced for sure.

Property was very well maintained. Pool and amenities were excellent! I traveled 2600 miles to get my grandson…… the pool availability was the MAIN reason I chose aloft for this trip. It didn’t disappoint. The room was big and clean! The property is within short reach of stores and restaurants. Gentlemen at the desk checkout morning was PERFECT! Definitely an asset to the company. However I felt disconnected and off during my check in. Front desk lady was preoccupied and had a really blah type disposition. I was happy to see her gone. *Being honest* EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT! Aloft rocks EVERY TIME! Thanks for everything!

Love the Aloft but this stay was disappointing the room was not the cleanliness and the common area stayed dirty for over 2days as well as the Elevator. I’m came to Charlotte to celebrate my Birthday
