The front desk person, Shakirah, was very friendly. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The floor obviously had not been swept. Toilet had a pubic hair and seat had been left up. Half the towels were dirty but they do have a lot of towels in bathroom. The bed sheets had black stains but we had a second bed so we stayed in same room.
Pubic hair not clean off and seat left up making it seem as if another was already in room.
Sink would not drain well. Very slow drain.

The staff was wonderful. We left after one night because of the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. There was a disconnect between Hotel.com and Hampton Inn and Suites and we were given a room that was much smaller. The hotel sorted it out. When I tried to call Hotels.com, the phone number didn’t work. The message under the phone number said something like 465 people ahead of you. I will not use hotels.com again because they were inaccessible when we needed them. But the staff were exemplary.

The staff was excellent. They saved the day. It turned out that are reservation that was pre-paid through Expedia was not available when we arrived. The room reserved was being renovated. Our reservation was for four days. The took care of things promptly.

We went to our room after checking in and the noise was untolerable due to a soccer team was near and above us, we went to the front desk, and the front desk rep, CJ, and asked for a change of rooms, he refused to get up from a chair in the corner and said he would just "check us out", we said it was late and we requested a different room, he again checked us out and was supposed to issue a refund, we have not received the refund and had to pay for a different hotel. We use Expedia a lot and this is the first negative review I have over submitted and it was the worst experience ever! DO NOT HAVE THIS HOTEL ON YOUR CHOICE list!!!
