I will be back! It was easy to get to, loads of shopping in the area! Quick trip to Raleigh and significantly cheaper than the hotels I usually stay at when going out in Raleigh! The staff were great! The complimentary breakfast buffet was really good!

The person who checked us in didn't say a single word (truly, not one word) until the check-in was 90% done and he needed my ID. No welcome. No information. Nothing. The breakfast buffet ran out of several things, the omelets were all burnt, and the milk was sour. The room was fine. Some of the staff members were lovely. It was quiet. The location is convenient. But all in all, not a great experience.

Horrible experience

First of all, I was told there was gonna be a pool there when I made my reservations I needed a pool for my kids to play in and then we got to the room. They said the pool had maintenance so I would’ve stayed somewhere else they . they knew they had maintenance scheduled, but told me they had a pool. The room had an oder it smell like the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years. I would never stay there again, and I would never recommend anyone I care about to stay there again.
