The rooms are old, not very clean. Iv stayed here numerous times, but I won't stay here again. There are cleaner and more updated hotels in the area

When i checked in, i tried the Virtual Check-in but because i used Orbitz, i had to still go to the desk and leave a card deposit. Also, i left a vottle of wine in the fridge and the cleaning staff took it and did not turn it in. The manager joked about how honest her staff was,... i guess the joke's on me, now! Don't leave anything behind in Greensboro!

The hotel staff was so friendly, respectful, room was clean, bed was comfortable, pleasant stay. would recommend this hotel. The shuttle drivers Isom and Will were outstanding. so friendly, and made a positive impression on your hotel.

Two employees with a coded key attempted to enter my adult daughter’s room late at night; fortunately she made use of the upper lock; we reported the incident but haven’t heard from management.

I travel very frequently(12-15 trips/year) and this was one of my worst hotel experiences. To start, my airline canceled a flight due to the weather. I am a Hilton Honors member, but the hotel refused to refund my money for the first night. Due to flights - my party of 4 had no opportunity to have breakfast either day we were there. When I checked in early in the morning, staff argued with me about the room being ready (we paid for the day before since they would not refund anything) - and then told me that we had already checked in the night before (we had just arrived via their shuttle with our luggage from the airport). The shuttle drivers were nice, but the reception desk staff kept stressing that the shuttles were for "AIRLINE STAFF" and seemed annoyed that we were trying to schedule shuttle service to and from the hotel. The decor is very dated. Our room was very dated. There were stains on the carpet, old furniture, limited and low-quality toiletries. One of our towels had yellow stains. The bedspread was frayed. I have no idea if the food was good, as we were unable to eat due to our flight being canceled/late arrival and an early departure. I still can't believe that we paid for a night we did not use, received no food (part of the reason we selected was free breakfast), and then had staff hassling us about trying to use the (advertised!!!) airport shuttle. I asked about recommendations for transportation and staff seemed annoyed about that too.

I found everyone from the front desk staff to the breakfast buffet staff VERY FRIENDLY AND HRLPFUL.

No coffee available throughout the day. Parking was expensive. Breakfast was inconvenient and not good. The room wad dated with very limited access to phone chargers. No shelf or drawerin the stand next to the bed.

Very dated dark in need of an update

Clean rooms with remote control wrapped in plastic and a sticker on the door that rips when you first enter to verify it’s cleanliness. Spacious rooms. Friendly fast check in. Never had a bad stay at Embassy Suites.

This property is old and in need of renovation or at minimum refreshing. Please use PPE money to update the furniture, it looks like it hasn’t been replaced in 20 years in the public spaces as well as the living spaces. At least the beds are comfortable. Staff was not welcoming at the front desk, something I’m not used to at Hilton properties (receptionist at least try to smile and greet). The bartender for the Manager’s Reception was the only bright light I saw during my one night stay. I could overlook all of this if the property wasn’t so dilapidated however. Definitely not staying here again unless I see the words Renovated!
