My husband and I love staying at Embassy Suites because of the wonderful amenities and friendly staff. However, the carpet in the rooms at the Greensboro hotel looks old and dirty. We hope the carpet in all rooms will be replaced soon.

Always enjoy my stay at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro. The staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great! All around great place to stay. It's convenient to the Greensboro Coliseum, where I attend my annual tradeshow. 5 stars!

Everything was great I love this hotel. The rooms are dated with old carpet. However, they are very clean and comfortable. The front desk could work on their hospitality both checking in and out. The restaurant staff in evening and the morning were great.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is wonderful! The kids loved the pool. The pull out sofa was horrible and not able to be slept on. The mattress was paper thin and all you could feel was springs. There was no bedding in the room and when we called the front desk they said there were no more pillows and they would bring bedding, sheets etc, but they never brought them. The suite should not be advertised as sleeping more than 4. The room is very dated and could really use updating.
