We chose hotel based on location and rate. Grounds, common areas and room were very clean. Pool - not so much so, water appeared clear but there was grunge on the bottom. Food was good - but having stayed 5 nights, it became boring after a couple of days having basically the same options. Room was nice size - huge bathroom being it was handicapped accessible. Window shade broken so could not get any daylight. Vending area items were way over priced!!

My first knight there woke about 4a noticed something crawling on the bed and discovered bed bugs called the desk was affored to switch rooms upon arriving at the desk the staff (didn’t see name tag)left a nasty taste in my mouth she made me feel as if I was disturbing her no sympathy whatsoever for the inconvenience I stayed because it was closer to where I needed to be I was here about two years ago no problems so I tried again this would be my last time visiting when I first checked in the staff Alicia was warm welcoming and professional I was at ease until about 4a everything changed I started looking every night before going to bed when it was time to check out it was a different price then what I was told and given by Expedia paid more at check out so my trust is gone they say you live and learn situations make you really start to think
