We saw Billie Eilish at the Lenovo center and walked from the hotel. It’s an easy flat walk and you don’t have to deal with parking! Hotel lobby and outside is a little worn down, but the room was clean and smelled fresh. All staff we interacted with were professional and enthusiastic. We will definitely stay here the next time we see a concert in this area!

The towels in the bathroom where the best. Soft and actually dry your body. Shower was also great. The A/C needs to have a dehumidifier added to it. It felt a little damp so the room smelt a little musty. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Rooms need to be updated. Elevator is located at the back of the Hotel, long walk from check in, if you have heavy luggage you may want to park in the back or ask for a room on the 1st floor. All and all it was a good stay.

Really nice stay

The staff was excellent. We had a small issue with the room and they immediately gave us a different room so we didn’t have to wait for them to fix it. And the room was really nice and clean and perfect for our short stay

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Hotel is a little older but in generally good condition. Plenty of parking and very good highway access to anywhere in Raleigh.

Entire facility needs an upgrade. My room had an unpleasant odor. I bought air freshener and sprayed it frequently. The management did offer an upgrade to a suite but I didn't want to move considering my guess was that all the rooms need to be redone. Breakfast was not at all enticing. Rubbery pancakes, bland muffins, and not enough fresh fruit. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you want to be in walking distance of the NC state veterinary facilities.
