The shower did not work in our room. My 3 children and I had to take bird baths.
I liked the swimming pool was outside but it was in between the rooms so it can’t be accessed from the outside.
When checking in, we were told they oversold the rooms and were “upgrading us to an accessible room with a king bed” for the inconvenience. There are 3 of us, so my husband has ended up on a rollaway bed because the loveseat doesn’t even fold out. Water pressure is awful and everything just looks rundown. Definitely not the experience I had hoped for given what we paid for the night.
I was on the 1st floor. The room appeared to have had some renovations done. I stayed earlier this year on the 2nd floor and the room seemed old and unkept. I will request the 1st floor from now on.
Bathroom is room 221 did not flush properly and sink did not drain.
It was close to an event we were going to.
They need better interior signage at all entries. A graphic layout of each floor with elevator locations, vending areas and room numbers.
The room was fine. The staff is friendly and a hotel bar is always a welcome sight after a long drive!
