Email said check-in was at Noon but they did not let us check in until 3pm which really sucked after driving for seven hours.This should be changed on the site if it is the case.
The room was dirty. The carpets were stained and so incredibly filthy that I hated to walk on them with shoes. The shower area had grime whereby I had to put a towel down so as not to stand in it. The shower dripped -rather than spray. It was very difficult to get any hot water. The grime buildup in the corners was disgusting in the corners of the shower. The toilet seat, when sat on, shifted and it was VERY hard to get the contents of the toilet to flush. The refrigerator was dirty with marks from previous drinks. Something sticky was spilled on the floor going to the bathroom. The inside of the microwave was grimy. The switch over the stover was grimy. The freezer had grime. The door had about 1/2 an inch opening. It had not been hung right and the air was coming in. The remote control of the TV was grimy. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod when I entered the bathroom. The sign in the parking lot was an indication of the security, " Please remove all of your valuables and secure your vehicle. Management cannot be responsible for theft, loss, or damage. And, there was no parking near the outside entry of my door. I had to park in another section. The welcoming was nonexistent.This was a disaster.
Personnal on the front desk was not qualified to be there.Lack of consideration.Needs more training for this position.
The property is going down very quickly. The place turns into a sleezy spot at night with addicts and people outside playing music and doing drugs. Never seen such a disgrace in my life
Orbitz made my reservation and charged my credit card. The motel did not have the room which Orbitz promised. The charge was not refunded. I wasted two hours in Raleigh traffic . Maririot Hotel near the airport was excellent and I reccomend this highly over the dump Orbitz failed to reserve for my family. My paralegal will chalenge Orbitz over the fraudelent I believe charge. My takeaway is -------DO NOT USE THIS PHONEY BOOKING SERVICE.. My money and my time were wasted.
James at the front desk was very friendly. Traffic at this location is tough but we made it work.
Everything was very lovely, nice breakfast , and more.
Rooms are not clean Hair, soap scum, toothpaste, dirt, standing water, heat not working , urine
Fist off the girl who checked us in was beyond rude. They didnt have the room I reserved, so what's the point in reservations? Was stuck in a smaller room then I wanted. And charged more then my papers said it would cost. The guests beside us fought the whole time. In and outside their room. Mind you when she wasn't coming out completely naked asking if we knocked on her door. Or her boyfriend asking my child if he needed anything this guy could hook him up. This is NOT the best place to take children. The manager tried his best to make things right. However I had already had a bad view. Aside from giving all my money back. I still wouldnt ever go back.
The front desk receptionist was rude. Upon getting in my room it was not clean to my standards. There was hair and dirt on the floor like they for to dust up after sweeping. There was no bath stopper to take a bath. The shower curtain was dirty. I asked for a new one and they didn't have extra ones. The bed was very hard. There was no silverware or plates or bowls. I wouldn't stay there again but I guess I got what I paid for. Cheap.
The suppose to be managers that they have now, are not friendly, the staffing at this facility is already short as far as housekeeping. Me being a manager, it has always been about teamwork and there is none at this facility. This place is being ran down due to the ppl in charge. It’s making a bad name for the extended stays everywhere. I promise you I’m not the only one complaining. When you check in there auppoae to be a comfort. It’s not a comfort when your room is dirty and managers brush it off. It’s not a comfort when you check in and you have to be a housekeeper because no other rooms areent clean, due to again NO TEAMWORK. I know because I’ve been at this facility plenty of times due to great management in the past. It sucks now.
If you have rooms available and your a returning guest week to week, why make that customer or any customer wait till 3pm? That’s senseless. Really considering other options. Also the rooms electrical terminals don’t work appropriately. Hell, I know it’s not the Hilton, but you should strive to be like the Hilton. Keep your customers satisfied at all cost. Your doing a great job of losing guest each and every week.
The room was nice and the kitchen was very useful, the mattress was not good, it was very thin, lumpy and creaky. I liked the rest of the room, and hopefully my room was an isolated case, but we were barely able to get any sleep on that bed.
Everything was clean and relaxing the staff was great I would continue on staying here in the near future
Nice looking, clean room. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Room numbers are so small that you can't tell which room is yours (from parking lot). You have to get out of car before parking to figure out location of room, and subsequently where to park.
