Wrongfully accused and banned.

We stayed at the hotel and made agreements to pay for extra bed via cash , they continuously charged my card, then made up a story of having complaints of bothering people at the stairway, but I was never by the stairway because I was asleep due to me having to be at work by 5am. I was told the day of checkout about the complaints and that I was banned from the property. I was wrongly accused and bad business agreements, just all the way around. When i left, i left on good terms but confused because I have stayed at the property from time to time for a few months now, and never had this issue.

Check in was easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.
