The staff was hands down the best part of our stay. I was traveling with two small children. They were so kind to us at every interaction, truly refreshing. I left an item behind and the front desk has been extremely responsive and helpful in getting my lost item shipped back home. I have already referred family to this location, and they booked a trip to Canopy in July. Job well done team! Jonathan McCoy

I expected better from Hilton and for what I paid for a night at the Canopy. On-site Gym could be better with minimal investment. Restaurant staff were not friendly and could use better leadership. I was turned away for breakfast on Saturday at 10:07A because service ended at 10A. However, breakfast is served to your room until 3P. Disappointed. I will not choosing Hilton in the future.

The last guests decided to use a pet free as a pet friendly room. Dog hairs were present throughout the entire room. We didn't notice it until the next morning, during the daylight hours. The management staff did refund my money without any hesitation.
Had a great stay hotel is really clean with modern touches. Staff was very professional and accommodating. My only issue was dinner at the on-site restaurant or room service wasn’t available during my stay. Brunch was delicious and made up for the dinner disappointment. I will be back!!!
Staff was very helpful and accommodating for every request. Check in was smooth and the corner suite room was awesome. Fine and Fettle on-site resturant was so delicious and breakfast was amazing. I will be back!!!
The quiet out if the way location. Hotel has a boutique feel and the rroms and decor are very modern and comfortable. I stayed in the premium king sweet and the room was amazing. My only complaint is that the round coffee table in the living room area was far too large for the space, especially for a handicapped room.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks downstairs are fabulous and you have everything you could need right in your room. I didn’t have to ask for anything. This may have been the best hotel experience I’ve had.
