Everything was great! I was in town for the bowl game in January 2nd. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the stadium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I am ever in Charlotte area I will stay at this IHG location for sure!

The lady at the front desk was welcoming and polite. Check in and check out was fast. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I will stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Charlotte, NC.

The seating is the worse ever, very short soft chairs in the dining area. This maybe a new normal, but I don’t think I have ever experience an unmanned reception desk. We had to wait for clerk when checking in was very friendly for checking in. But during our two day stay it was unmanned every time we came in and left. During breakfast people were waiting to check out again clerk was in back room unable to see the desk.
