I do like the area where hotels is located . staff is friendly. Common.areas are good. things I was not happy with are TV can be updated and the location of the TV can be better. The breakfast was lacking had much better at other hotels. There was a large bug in the bathroom first day on arrival Other than that it was good

Great Choice in the Ballantyne Area

This was a convenient and easy stay. I appreciated the free parking right at the hotel. Check in and check out were very quick. There is an ice machine on every floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of seating for the breakfast crowd and there were plenty of options.
