I liked the property it was away from all the heavy traffic but near everything. It was very clear and the staff was so nice and helpful. Great choice I will go back

The hotel was great, clean, and great room size and amenities. But what made the stay extraordinary was the staff. CeCe, Leonard & Chris (both of them) really made our trip special. They went above and beyond to help build lasting memories. Thank you.
Staff was excellent and service was great. COVID killed some of the features I was looking forward to like the pool and the gym. They should find a way to keep breakfast buffet style.

Receptionist was friendly. However, for the concert this location had no offerings for transportation to the concert. I had called in advance and was told that would be available. The heated pool and hot tub were both ot of order both days, and our group had planned on spending time there. Breakfast was removed PROMPTLY at 10:00 while people were still trying to eat. We were told we could not even have coffee until they finished cleaning at 11:00. All in all, it was good a good location to our venue but no amenities to justify the cost.

The clerks was very nice and i liked how they greeted everyone coming and going. Only complaint is please be more observant to the rooms. I had to get a clean comforter because there was a stain and also hair in the bathtub. Overall i would stay there again.
The front desk associate, Hope, was amazing. I was having a long day when I checked into the hotel and she made it 10x better by just being genuinely friendly.
Staff was nice and friendly. Layout of the room was a little awkward.- no door to full bathroom.
The Room needed to be updated as curtains where stained, there was hair on the bathroom floor and just over all cleanliness and minor damages throughout the Room. Also at 6:00 in the morning the guests above my Room sounded like they were very large people or there was no insulation between the rooms. I was in Room 328
