Ghetto dirty charged me even after i told them i would pay for an early check in. They had no rooms available it was around 11 a.m. people yelling in the parking lot with dirty clothes drinking malt liquor. Do yourself a favor pay an extra $50 or so for a name brand hotel brand. The lady working behind the bulletproof plastic window was friendly and told me i wouldn't be charged for the reservation. Now im pondering if its worth the $65 to deal with expedia reps subcontracted in a 3rd world country to try and haggle for a minimal amount of money that is most likely half of the bi weekly paycheck they recieve

This was the worst hotel stay of my life, roaches in bathroom, smelled of weed and mold all down the halls, I had the people above me shouting off their balconies at the people, I guess friends, below right outside my window both days. Someone sleeping in their car right outside my window both days playing music too loud and being visited by different people. The front desk says 24 hour customer service but every time you went to the desk no one was there. I had a feeling something shady was going on with the clerk that was there because he would follow certain guest to the same room. Couldnt call down for service or complain because my phone didnt even have a power plug, our balcony door wouldnt open. Got threatened by one of the people yelling up at the room above us when I opened my curtain to tell them to please be quiet, "she said come out and make me". We were literally afraid to leave our belongings in the room so took them with us each time we left to go eat. I have never complained about a stay I have had but I definitely deserve to have my money back. I will never stay here again and to be honest this hotel needs shutting down.

The employee who checked us in was kind and polite. That was the only positive thing about our stay. The room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The bathroom walls and ceiling were covered in mold, and there was even mold on the wall outside the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it could cave it at any point. We were exhausted after driving all day and just wanted to sleep, otherwise we would have left. When we checked out, we mentioned the mold in our room and the employee said “oh that room wasn’t supposed to be used” which I’m fairly certain was just a cover up.

Property was not acceptable. The furniture was in horrible shape. The desk and chair were peeling, old and outdated. Paint was peeling, spackle was cracked. My room appeared to have suffered major flooding and nothing was redone afterwards. Poor lighting in the room. Poor security measures on the patio door and room door.

Este es el hotel más sucio al que he venido en mi vida, con el peor servicio al cliente que pueda existir. Llegué a hacer el check-in después de las 3pm y tuve que esperar aproximadamente 20 minutos a la persona encargada y cuando salió, tenía cara de dormido y con una actitud horrible. Lo saludé y ni siquiera me contestó. Me dio las llaves de la habitación sin tan siquiera escribir el número de habitación correspondiente y cuando me devolví a que me dijera cuál era mi habitación, descaradamente me dijo "está escrito en el sobre donde te di las llaves", luego se percató de que no había sido así y procedió escribirlo. Cuando finalmente llego a la habitación, me encuentro con la desastrosa sorpresa de que la alfombra olía horrible, muebles rotos, viejos y sucios y, en el baño 2 miniaturas de jabón que solo alcanzaron para un solo uso. Jamás en mi vida volveré a este lugar. El plan era dormir por lo menos hasta las 10am, pero, debido al mal olor de la habitación, decidimos salir a las 5am. Horrible experiencia, horrible lugar. Y sobre la persona que "me brindó su servicio" al entrar, quisiera destacar que hubo un momento en el cual me vi en la necesidad de preguntarle si estaba enojado o algo y me contestó que no, que su cara es así. Actualmente escribo esto a las 2:26am, contando los minutos para salir de este horrible lugar.
