Friendly staff, very clean accommodations.

It was fine.

My TV didn’t work, they didn’t clean the room every day…I asked for a refund!

Pretty good

Upon checking in I was informed that there was no wifi or working phones on the entire place. When we got to our room it had a horrible foul smell. Upon investigation i found half a bottle of wine spilled and fermented in the bottom of thr fridge. The shower had hair from the previous guest, no trash bags on any cans. The caroet had mold growing around the edges and in the middle of the nighr the ac switched it self from cool to heat causing the room to be 80 degress. When i went to the front deck about the fridge and hairs asking for another room i was informed there wasnt another (even though the parking lot was empty). I then asked for something to clean it with at least and was given 2 towesl and told they don't have access to cleaning supplies. At this point I was just ready to leave but knew I would be penalized if I did. I am asking that Marriott give me a full refund for these issue. I do not want points cuz i am not a member nor do i want a gift card since i will NEVER stay in a Marriott again. The last thing i expected were these conditions especially in a Marriott. Having 2 family members that work for Marriott I chose this hotel based on their reviews of their experiences with Marriott, boy was i wrong.Is it even legal to house guest in a hotel with no phone access??? I highly doubt it. For out first couples get away in 6 years this was an extreme let down

Clean and quiet

The staff were warm and welcoming but the hotel smelled like weed and our non-smoking room smelled like weed, the sofa was missing a slip cover, the closet door was off the track, the ironing board was hard to open and the toilet clogged. We had a challenging stay but the staff were nice and showed concern when reporting. We only stayed one night so we made the best of it, the room was clean- particularly the beds so we went to sleep and checked out early.

The front staff was lovely, very helpful and informative.

The first room we were assigned had someone staying in it already. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. They were able to quickly reassign our room. The second room we were assigned was next to a group of people playing loud music and yelling until about 1 in the morning and had ants in the bathroom.

I like everything of these hotel. Excellent hotel. Great customer service

Upon check in, I was assigned to a room that was not yet ready, so I had to go back to reception and get a new key. First cup of coffee in the morning was weak. When I went back later for a second cup, around 7:30AM, I was hoping it would be better, but there was none in the urn.
