The staff were warm and welcoming but the hotel smelled like weed and our non-smoking room smelled like weed, the sofa was missing a slip cover, the closet door was off the track, the ironing board was hard to open and the toilet clogged. We had a challenging stay but the staff were nice and showed concern when reporting. We only stayed one night so we made the best of it, the room was clean- particularly the beds so we went to sleep and checked out early.

The front staff was lovely, very helpful and informative.

The first room we were assigned had someone staying in it already. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. They were able to quickly reassign our room. The second room we were assigned was next to a group of people playing loud music and yelling until about 1 in the morning and had ants in the bathroom.

Upon check in, I was assigned to a room that was not yet ready, so I had to go back to reception and get a new key. First cup of coffee in the morning was weak. When I went back later for a second cup, around 7:30AM, I was hoping it would be better, but there was none in the urn.

Just needed a place to sleep overnight between connecting flights at CLT. We arrived late at night. Hotel sent a shuttle immediately. It was a quick 6 minutes to the hotel. Fast check-in. Room looked a little worn, but the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the bathroom was very clean. These were the most important aspects for our hotel stay so overall it was a good place for our purpose.

The cable was exposed and it could post major hazard. The facility is little dated but the staff was friendly. You get what you pay for.

Staff did not seem to want to be at work that day. Responses were one to two words. Not very welcoming. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in this area and I'll go back to one of the ones I had a great experience at.

Fine spot to stay, nothing special, but not bad at all.

Quiet, kind of secluded, and they serve a DECENT breakfast until 10AM. The room was much more than I bargained for at the price!

All around good experience from check-in to check-out, especially breakfast.

The staff was helpful amd nice. The room was cozy and comfortable.

Couldn't move around the room well with the sofa bed open. Felt unsafe uncomfortable and robbed of our money. Staff was friendly, not many other challenges. Should NOT advertise sleeping accommodations for parties they cannot accommodate. Would not recommend or stay again.

Good service and place was clean and nice. Price was fair. We were very please.
