Room toilet did not work. Had to call maintenance 3 times but was still not fixed. First day we had no hot water in the shower. Front desk told us we could use a dirty room with warm water to shower if we wanted. That was shocking to me.

Larger than I expected room was clean when I came in. There was small things like the bathroom door rubs against the toilet when closing it also scratches on the floor and stains on the couch. Vanity is beautiful nice bright lighting.

We were in town to see Stevie Nicks in concert, and this location was convenient to the Spectrum Center. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly. The gentleman who checked us in (I'm sorry I didn't get his name.), was especially polite. The only issue we had was the iron in our room would not get hot. We will stay here next time we our in town for a concert.
