Was double charged at checkout. I told the staff the room was prepaid. He asked me to run my card anyway only to call his manger have to reverse the charge back to my card after he realized the room was prepaid. Was a pretty embarrassing with other guest standing in line behind me.
So close & convenient to the Spectrum Center at a great rate.
Great weekend stay
This hotel is poorly designed. The parking garage is used for 2 different hotels and a shopping center. My room key NEVER worked getting in and out of the garage. Every time I had to contact the help due to the keys and/or paper tickets not working. The room was quiet but had no amenities. It had soap for dishes but no toiletries, no pens or paper next to the phones? Won't be staying here again.
Close to metro, close to the convention center and to a lot of restaurants. Nice place, clean. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
Economic and roomy hotel room right next to the train station, bball arena, and walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants.
This hotel was very clean! Nice staff, very friendly! Gorgeous room views from. No pool which was disappointing, and also they had the rooftop bar closed off for a private event the only night I stayed, I can’t blame them for that but that was just very inconvenient for me because I looked forward to it! Other than that everything was super nice about this hotel I can definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
Had some difficulty to find the correct elevator from Parking garage to the Hotel Lobby. I was surprised that there are actually two Hotels in one building. Lower levels (up to 13th floor) and upper floors (14th up to 21st is the Residence Inn). But since I like the upper floors I was happy with the view I've had :)
