I was completely lied to about the gym. I train everyday and I only picked this hotel for its gym. The majority of what the hotel advertises in their gym is non functional or not there. I got scammed.
We love the hotel and our suite was immaculate and very comfortable. Our king size bed was very comfortable, we both slept well. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants.
The property itself was fine. Polite staff, clean. There was a very very very loud party in the room right behind the wall behind my bed. Loud enough and enough bass to shake my bed and my floor. Screaming, jumping off furniture. Weed smoke coming under my door. This went from approx 8:30-12:30. I called the front desk twice. Nothing was done. They needed to call the police. I need a refund.
Receptionist greeting was so nice.
Stayed for 5 nights. Very homey and convenient with separate bedroom.

The staff were terrific. The hotel was a little more basic than we expected. It has a great location that is centrally located within the city.
Room door not functioning with swipe of keycard. Maintenance had to come pull on door and turn handle in opposite direction in order to gain access to room. Sofa bed mattress was stained. Front desk staff was unwilling to replace the stained mattress or provide another accommodation. This property needs to retrain the entire staff on proper hospitality industry standards from housekeeping to front desk service.
Ants in the bedroom and kitchenette, musty smell in the hallways. Staff was super nice, coffee in the lobby was decent.
I liked the 2 bedroom layout with a kitchen. I didn't like the condition of the rear elevator. Covid is going on and there is NO AIR circulating on the elevator! And the elevator was dirty 😒 .
I went on a Guys Trip with my Dad and Nephews. We were greeted by two African-American gentleman who were nice and attentive. One of them heard my "accent" and knew I was from Washington D.C, which sparked a fun exchange. I called the property a few days before my arrival to confirm that room service was available upon request, and I was to let the rep who checked me in know that I wanted my room cleaned. I followed those instructions and to my dismay. my room was not cleaned the second day. When I called the front desk attendant she informed me that there is a 24 hour notice to get a room service. I let her know that I had asked for both days of services and she was able to confirm it in my notes. She said that she would get someone to clean my room. When I came back from a very long outing, the room still was not cleaned so I called again. The same lady said " I am reaching out to my Executive Housekeeper so that it can be taken care of." Something in me told me that nothing was going to happen and I was right. I know that a host of businesses are low staffed or purposely not hiring for various reasons, however, being led on like that put a bad taste in my mouth. I stay at hotels because I like to come back to a serviced room, and if this is going to be best practices going forward, I will opt to stay at an Air B&B next time. I am am avid fan of the Hilton brand and have stayed many times, however, I left very displeased.

The suite was the perfect size for my family of 4, and the beds were comfortable. Perhaps the hotel was understaffed, which is a nationwide problem across industries, BUT basic service is still expected. The room and hallways were dingy and ant-infested. Sticky kitchenette floor and countertop that I cleaned myself. Either no coffee or no coffee cups. No towels at the pool, and slow room service. Scarce availability at the front desk. We won’t stay again unless they renovate and are under “new management”.
