The staff were super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast ended too early at 9 AM during the week. The parking is too expensive and you have to get the front desk to validate your ticket every time you move your car.

First time staying here and I had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites. My daughter and I stayed here for a cheer competition and the location is great. The whole place was very clean and all of the staff was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Charlotte. The breakfast buffet was also great most places have very few things but this layout was like a restaurant style buffet and the food was great!

Room was nice but not much of a city view. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Had variety of meats which was nice because I do not eat pork. It was super clean. The sauces were good too. Had a chipotle maple. The area was nice. There was a Whole Foods next door.
