The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice! The only problem was with parking when it was time to leave, I couldn’t get out because the ticket had expired and I had to pay $35 on top of what was already paid to stay for two nights.

I did not know that I would pay the parking. It is $25 per day. I assumed all hotels have parking garage or the parking is free for the hotel guests. This additional $25 per day makes the room price higher. I did not see any note on the web page about it. If it was on the web page, I wish it was clear about this additional parking ticket. Other than that it was a good, clean room. Nicely decorated. Good view.

BK - thanks for your feedback. Our hotel along with many others in the uptown market do charge for parking. Our $25 fee is actually one of the lowest fees out there and is mentioned on our brand website along with additional booking channels. We do hope you’ll stay with us again soon.
