Staff was helpful, breakfast was great and cleanup crew was exceptional.
The pool was closed for unknown reasons otherwise this hotel is gorgeous and clean. Breakfast was delicious and I would recommend to others to stay here.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites properties. This one was no different. The staff was friendly. The property was clean and well kept. There was ample parking. I liked the surrounding area as well. If I should have the opportunity to visit North Carolina again, I'd definitely stay at this Embassy Suites.

We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Due to COVID, the buffet was altered to a made-to-order breakfast which was absolutely wonderful! The staff was kind and competent. Our family of six would definitely stay there again.

Heres the good and bad of it. The hotel was new and beatiful but it was very difficult to find. My gps could not find it. It's tucked away in a poorly designed, overcrowded business park. The bathroom was beautiful but no bath fan. Duh? The pbone by the bed was out of order. I had to check 5 of the 6 floors to find a bottle of water (2 machines were sold out and one was out of order, the other rwo did not sell water). Breakfast was delish but The coffee maker was out of order 2 of the 3 days I stayed. All the staff was VERY friendly and seemed eager to help but just either poorly trained or incompetent.. Oh and its a no smoking hotel which was nice but all the smokers hung out right outside the doors. All the doors. From the time we arrived to the time we left someone was smoking outside the
If you book through Orbitz, you can't earn or take part in any of the Hilton Honors program - so check to see what is better. Actually, I think it would have been cheaper had we booked directly with the hotel. The property is new and lovely.
I like the atmosphere in this hotel, very clean and elegant, customer service on point! but the only two things I really did not like about this place was the sofa bed mattress "terrible". It is wore out and very bumpy, my kids could not sleep good because it was not comfortable at all. "mattress needs to be replace". The internet service was terrible, very slow. For the price you pay to staying at this hotel, you will expect a better quality in everything.
