Great Home. Great Location!

Stayed here with some friends for the PGA tournament. Loved the neighborhood, the back patio, and all the amenities. Plaza Midwood is a great location. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay in Plaza Midwood

Clean, well-maintained, good location and easy walking distance to most of the restaurants/shops in the area, nice yard in back of property. Host was communicative and available for any questions. Would recommend to those visiting the area.

Plaza midwood was perfect! Check in/out was very easy communication was excellent. The house was very clean and comfortable. Since it rained most of the week we enjoyed sitting out back under the covered porch. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice to go for a walk. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. Our children live in Noda and it was easy to get to them. Would def stay again.

Oasis near the city!

We had the best stay!! The neighborhood was very nice and family friendly. The house was perfect for our needs. Beautifully decorated and easy to keep tidy. Property manager responded very quickly with all needs we had. The outdoor seating was so enjoyable. It was amazingly quiet for being so close to a very active part of town.

Amazing

Everything about the stay was amazing. Ryley was a wonderful host! The house was exactly as described and more in a beautiful neighborhood. My daughter and dogs enjoyed the fully fenced back yard and the fire pit at night. I recommend booking this property anytime you’re in clt.

Quiet relaxing place, within walking distance to Plaza Midwood

The house has a perfect split floor plan with a beautiful master suite and bath on the second floor. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of people out walking dogs and strollers. It is less than a half mile walk to great restaurants and bars for a fun night scene.

Family reunion for the holidays with our adult sons. Lots of great restaurants a short drive away and easy access to everything. Abundance of empty space in the kitchen cabinets to store your groceries as well, but bring a couple of good knives if you plan to cook. Split bedroom plan with two down and primary up helped allowed for quarantine when one of us got the flu. Use of the driveway unfortunately not allowed, and would make this property much better. While there is room on the street to park, much of it around the house is forbidden for parking due to the corner lot and posted signs to prevent parking within about 10' of the corner, so one spot in front and one on the side. Unfortunately, the neighbor across the street was a bit territorial about the spot in the front, even knocking on the door to ask us to leave it for them. Not having the driveway available for dedicated parking makes it unlikely that we will return, as wonderful as the property and management was. We will absolutely go back to a MyTripify managed property, however.

Plaza Midwood convenience

"Outdoor Oasis" is a great rental property in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was super clean and had many nice extra touches: power strips in each bedroom, shampoo/soap/toothbrush kits in each bathroom, a large back deck with table and chairs, and a seperate beverage refrigerator tucked away in an open nook at the end of the kitchen. The cupboards and drawers were all labeled which is helpful. Each bedroom had plenty of storage available - one bedroom had an entire wall of "cubbies" where you could see all your stacks of unpacked clothes. It was nice to get everything out of your suitcases (which had their own storage space under the staircase), making the rooms less cluttered. The location is great, easy access to anywhere in town. The street is very quiet - very little traffic. The only inconvenience was the 5 PM check-in time. (Earlier is possible for an additional 100.)
