Property was fine. I chose your hotel for the amenities . Specifically the hotel bar, restaurant, and room service…. None of which were available when I got there 😠
The property was located close to 485 interstate. Upon arrival to room, wet pair sign was located on door handle. Upon entering room it looked like someone had tried to touchup paint after a hotel party gone wrong. Spills were obvious on walls beside night stand. Carpet was nasty, with spots everywhere. Tv's that were mounted to stands were very crooked/ tilted. Bathroom felt somewhat clean, but the exposed 2x4's holding up the granite vanity were off-putting.
Super clean and very nice hotel. Will definitely stay there again.
I always stay here when Im in Charlotte NC. Its not a high traffic area but far to go to get on the highway!!!

We booked three nights and stayed the first night (really only half a night since we got in at midnight). The second day we had been gone since about 9am and returned that night back at 9:30pm. Within 5 mins I called to switch rooms because a party was directly across from us. I have a 1yo that needed to sleep so our room wasn’t going to work. They told me no other rooms available. I was able to book a room at that exact time online (so they lied). We changed hotels and only got credit for 1 night. They refused to accommodate a change of room, lied about haven no others open, then aside from a knock on door and leave (without speaking to the party) did nothing to fix the problem. Still charged us for that night too. I will never use this hotel again. The bathroom was terrible too with mold and rust everywhere.
Good except for the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly
All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. I had access to an excellent fitness room with plenty of exercise equipment. I will definitely stay here, again!
I was in Ayrsley visiting my daughter. The Hilton Garden Inn is very convenience and in a very pleasant area to enjoy the Charlotte life.
Clean room, beautiful decor. Definitively will return in the future!
The staff was very friendly, it was clean. I was disappointed that the room didn't come with a spa tub for that kind of money. It looked like the lobby was more for corporate meetings and the rooms were a little pricey. I did enjoy the gym, and the pool. Next time I will do a little more research regarding the room amenities. Enjoyed indoor pool.
A perfect stay for a quick get away. We came in for a wedding in the area and it was a great place and location.
