The staff was great. The elevator broke during our stay but they had staff members available to bring luggage up and down the stairs. The rooms were clean and updated. However, the functional interior design of the room was lacking. For instance, there was no place for someone to do hair and makeup if the bathroom was occupied. There was a full-length mirror but no outlet near it to plug in hair dryer. There was a desk in the room but no mirror above it to do hair or makeup. Finally, there were NO hooks or towel bars in bathroom to hang your damp bath towels. The details matter.

Rooms were clean, hotel was clean. Just a few small things would make this hotel really good. The Fitness center needs a few things like exercise mats. And they need to turn down the air fresheners in the hallways and lobby, I would stay there again for sure.

The bathroom tile surrounding the door and shower was so dirty. Perhaps due to the policy of not servicing the room daily. I had an room with an adjoining door so I could hear every word of the people in the next room. Lastly, the elevator was out of order for the last night and morning of my stay. This hotel needs attention.
