Nice, clean and courteous staff. Enjoyed using the pool area and the gym.

Well connected hotel close to lots of amenities, their restaurant was good as well. it's just down the street from the coliseum so it was very convenient.

Excellent restaurant and meeting rooms. Food was visually pleasing and tasty. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Was spending one night as I passed through the city and staff was super polite, the food was great and fast service in the restaurant. But the best part of all was the bed. One of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time

Great service and location. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a good night rest. One of the most quiet hotels, we have ever stayed in.

Driving to Atlanta the location for a pit stop was perfect, being that it was just off the exit. After being in the car for a few hours we couldn't wait to get in the bed and get some rest. After we checked in that is exactly what we did. We requested a King at the front desk and they said they had one available, but when we walked into the room it was a double. Not a big deal, we were tired and just needed to rest anyway. We both woke up with back aches at 3am because the mattresses were terrible! Other than that the hotel was ok.

For the price, thie hotel had no extras. you had to pay for everything. I have stayed less expensive hotels and gotten much more for my money. No refrigerator, no microwave, even a charge for 800 calls. I will not stay there again.

This hotel was in a prime location, with the Coliseum only a mile away and food and theater close by. The staff of the hotel was incompetent. [...]

Could be really nice but needs a lot of updates and better restaurants. Don't look too close you will see grunge. Nothing is complimentary. Not even coffee in lobby. There are coffee pots in rooms not no fridge or microwave. Rooms are spacious.

Was in town to attend Freshman Orientation for NC A&T State University. Straight shot to campus. Good location.

My Husband and i were in Greensboro to attend our Sons Freshman orientation for college. He stayed in the dorms. We found the hotels to be very clean and the staff very friendly. The only issue was someone was knocking one our door and running There were alot of children in town for a national track meet so we were sure it was just harmless fun, but it would be a good idea for the hotel to separate them from everyone. so that there fun could be contained to one area

Was in town for a 180-team basketball tournament at the same time that an even larger soccer tournament, the ACC Baseball Tournament and the NCAA East Region Track & Field Championships were in Greensboro. And seemingly everyone involved in those events was staying at the Sheraton-Four Seasons. Despite that, the room was still very quiet. Location is also a huge plus. Sits next to a decent-sized mall, which is within walking distance.

We got the old rooms and it was close to the Bar, so on Saturday was very noisy until late night.

Was here to attend a conference. The conference rooms, the banquet hall and other facilities were very comfortable and convenient.

We were there for the Beyonce concert. The room was great we just wished we had a view. We would also like a refrigerator and microwave.

Great location, we walked to the mall and to the concert we attended. The room was great for our family of 5. The hotel was beautiful, and we were able to get anything we needed there or within walking distance.

We stayed at the Sheraton while we got our daughter settled in at the University of North Carolina in Greensboro. It was a nice restful stay. The beds were fantastic.

The Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons was quite accomodating. It's a large hotel so I had to circle the building twice to make sure I was at the correct location for check in. The hotel staff was very helpful during my check in and whenever I had questions. I was in a corner room and had great view from the 15th floor. The room was quaint however I found space a bit tight since I set up to do work at the desk and when I ordered room service for breakfast I had to make room for the large tray. The bed was comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. The closet and drawer space was sufficient for my short stay. The bathroom was satisfactory however the complimentary toiletries could have been upgraded. The hotel had several dining, entertainment and shopping facilities right on the premises. I also visited the fitness room which was adequate. This location is right across from a shopping mall as well. I enjoyed my stay.
