Had problems with excessive noise from guests above us in the late evening.lwhich required a security response and then again in the morning.

Nice and large property and very clean.GOOD SERVICE

Very clean and well kept facility. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Great looking hotel with nice staff. Breakfast is good. Poor bed quality. Worst bed quality for Sheraton

Perfect stay in every way. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told our two King rooms that we had booked and and payed for months in advance were not available. That they could give us doubles close to each other. After complaining about this we were told that we could have King rooms but on different floors. This was unacceptable, we spoke to the manager on duty and she put us in King rooms next door to each other, why did we have to go thru this?

Loud noise in all until 3am in morning. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were there for a convention and some of the restaurants were closed down.

Front desk staff needs some customer service training. Hotel was booked and staff was stress about the volume of customers. To establish good customer service, staff needs to manage customer requessts in a more professional manner. It is a beautiful building but require closer supervision of staff. House keeping came to our room 3 times before 10 am. - Unfortunately housekeeping wasn't aware we were checking out that morning. Our stay was for one night. Thanks

Nice, clean and courteous staff. Enjoyed using the pool area and the gym.

Well connected hotel close to lots of amenities, their restaurant was good as well. it's just down the street from the coliseum so it was very convenient.

Excellent restaurant and meeting rooms. Food was visually pleasing and tasty. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Was spending one night as I passed through the city and staff was super polite, the food was great and fast service in the restaurant. But the best part of all was the bed. One of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time

Great service and location. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a good night rest. One of the most quiet hotels, we have ever stayed in.

Driving to Atlanta the location for a pit stop was perfect, being that it was just off the exit. After being in the car for a few hours we couldn't wait to get in the bed and get some rest. After we checked in that is exactly what we did. We requested a King at the front desk and they said they had one available, but when we walked into the room it was a double. Not a big deal, we were tired and just needed to rest anyway. We both woke up with back aches at 3am because the mattresses were terrible! Other than that the hotel was ok.

For the price, thie hotel had no extras. you had to pay for everything. I have stayed less expensive hotels and gotten much more for my money. No refrigerator, no microwave, even a charge for 800 calls. I will not stay there again.

This hotel was in a prime location, with the Coliseum only a mile away and food and theater close by. The staff of the hotel was incompetent. [...]

Could be really nice but needs a lot of updates and better restaurants. Don't look too close you will see grunge. Nothing is complimentary. Not even coffee in lobby. There are coffee pots in rooms not no fridge or microwave. Rooms are spacious.
