Great people there helping the guests. Very comfy beds. They had a shuttle to the high point market but it was only in the morning and evening, nothing in between and the hotel was about 20 minutes or more drive to Highpoint market. Other than that, great hotel.

The beds are such a bad design choice. we both left with bloody shins. the corners on those beds and the limited space to maneuver is a real issue.
