Was very good to be in this hotel the room was clean and the bed was clean and confortable.

Upon checking in I found a house centipede on the wall of my room over the bed. I complained to front desk and was told "it's just a centipede. I see them all the time". I am not sure how that is an acceptable answer. On night two I woke up itching and realized I had bites all over my arms. I quickly woke up and saw two dots on blood on my bed. I touched them and realized one was a clear tiny seed shaped bug with blood and squished it. I promptly complained again to front desk, showed them the bites and the bud that i saw, which was actually a bed bug. I was told they doubt it was one as they had just stripped all the rooms and changed mattresses. They offered to change my room. I was in a rush to leave so I agreed. Upon my return I went back to the front desk and asked the attendant about prior reports of bed bugs and what their procedure was. She seemed irritated so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told her she was busy and to have the house keeping manager speak to me. I stated that I did not want to speak to housekeeping as he would not be able to answer my questions. The front desk attendant said she was only doing what her manager told her to do. I then asked for their corporate offices number and took everyone's name. In all of this, the entire staff was dismissive of the fact that there was a bed bug in their bed, a bed bug bit a guests, told me that i had no proof and I should have taken a pic of the bug before I killed it even though I was half asleep.

Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast. Bartender not that great at making drinks but bar set up is pretty good for socializing.

Close to the convention center and restaurants. Good value.

Great hotel, outstanding staff, great location and close to the airport. Kudos to your entire staff for customer service done exceptionally well!

The hotel appears to be new and sits back off the main road. (Gate city). We noticed an onsite restaurant/bar, and there's a nice pool too! Our room was new, clean and well laid out. Perfectly placed outlets for charging all your electronic devices. We requested a room facing the back/pool area as we are not accustom to traffic noise. I can honestly say we never heard anything. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Linens and towels are of good quality. I have to mention the front desk staff. Upon arrival, both ladies were very welcoming and accommodating, the check in took less than 5 minutes! The entire experience was great! I would definitely stay here again! And recommend this hotel to others looking for a great experience, friendly staff, for a great price!

Good clean comfortable hotel. Good location. Friendly service.

Quick and easy check in, the hotel was decorated very nicely, attentive and pleasant staff. We also liked that the building was easily accessible from both the front parking lot and the back lot.

One of the best hotels around. The staff was amazing, always had a smile on their face and very helpful. I will be back next summer.

This hotel is fairly new, had nice amenities and was very clean. Staff was very professional and courteous!

The hotel is located in an area in Greensboro that is trying to improve its image. I never felt unsafe, however, and I had my young granddaughter with me. This hotel is very nice...like new. The staff was terrific. Not one complaint about the service....and I am pretty picky.

Great hotel stayed 3 nights on business trip staff helpful and room was very nice

The door slamming shut from next room sounded like mine. I could hear the peoplein the next room as if the walls were made of toilet paper. Maroitt next time.

Clean, affordable, nice rain shower and other furnishings. 2 queen bed room wasn't ready at check in at 3, so had to get a room with one king bed for two people because I could't wait. No vending machines on upper floors. Staff is OK but not that friendly.

We needed a hotel room for the nearby High Point Furniture Market. This has proven to be a lesson in the perils of waiting too long to make a reservation. This was one of the only hotels still available at the time of our booking. The hotel has not been updated since the 1980's and it shows. The carpet is wrinkled from years of over cleaning and the furniture is practically vintage at this point. The pay phones in the lobby have been removed but the phone cords and dividers still hang off the wall, dusty. We arrived at 1:00 and were told that the room would not be ready and they had no other rooms available because they were fully booked. We left and came back to check in at around 6pm. The room keys then did not open the door. We were told that the door batteries would need to be changed and we would need to wait awhile. I asked again for another room and suddenly they had an opening. I never care for this tact of telling a customer that the hotel is full. It's usually not true and always annoying to hear. Once inside the room we were almost overwhelmed with the smell of cleaning agents and deodorizers. The beds were very uncomfortable and past their prime. I was glad to have a place to stay but have learned my lesson. I need to reserve my rooms as early as possible.

This hotel falls within the per diem guidelines for state travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough. The rest of the otel could use some fixing up. the carpet hall ways are clean and yet old and uninviting. The location was great for access to down town/ the convention center and the highway
