We arrived early (before check-in) on Thursday and was told the rooms were not clean. No problem, we were early so we left for some lunch and light sightseeing. Came back around 3:45pm and only one of our 2 rooms was ready. Official check-in is at 3pm. Breakfast on Friday was blah - sausage patties were completely overcooked/overheated. Breakfast on Sat/Sun was far better and more robust. Pool was out of commission for 2 days of our stay, which we were not informed about upon arrival. Also, housekeeping is on an every other day schedule - maybe we missed the notice in the room, but would have been nice to know.

Room 321 had toilet issues and it was a weekend so maintenance was off duty. Solution - get a plunger. We had to unplug the toilet several times during the night. We were unpacked and settled in the room so it would be a hassle to switch rooms. The clerk at the desk apologized. The rest of our stay was just fine and we would stay there again, but checking the toilet before unpacking 😊
Modern, clean and large room for the money. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the room was 62 degrees when I arrived, which seems unnecessarily cold

This was an excellent hotel to stay at for a quick getaway. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and Sophia went above and beyond to make the accommodations special for my wife! She definitely deserves high marks for her level of courtesy, attention to detail, and hospitality. 5 star service and excellent room!

Sorry for the miscommunication about the housekeeping service. The pool was kept close on Friday because the water was below 60 degree. The poll was open on Saturday.
