We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts, the happy hour in the lobby. The banquet dinner was also good. We were disappointed in the size of the room but the bed and beddings were all comfortable. We were so happy to see a shower stall!!!!! Hate showers in bathtubs. Towels changed each day. was a plus.

Excellent staff, liked the complimentary drinks and snack in the evening. Good breakfast as well. kids loved the indoor pool. Room was spacious and had comfortable beds. Highly recommended

Very clean and spacious. I love the location as well. I have referred many people to this particular hotel.

We arrived after midnight with 4 exhausted kids. The front desk was so kind to give us water and treats for the kids. So thoughtful - we will stay there again for sure!!

Everything was good for our last baseball trip of the summer

We decided to stay here for a night when the pipes froze and we had no water. We chose this one because it has an indoor pool and a nice workout room. Very friendly staff and excellent food! What a relaxing day away from the drama! :)

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with food and services.

Excellent location - close to highways, shopping & restaurants

We stayed here due to an ice storm that left us with no power and subsequently no heat for a few days. We like Embassy Suites a lot for the separate spaces. This one was a bit different than other we've stayed at. There is no atrium or koi pond, and the breakfast and manager's reception area is fairly small. They are really diligent about using passes for the breakfast and reception as well. I've always only had to show a room key card, but they hand out passes, you'd better keep track of, and since there was four of several days, it was a LOT of passes. They were not really on top of restocking breakfast items either. On one morning the listed main item was waffles, and when I went up it was empty...it took 15 minutes before it was replaced with...tasteless french toast. The staff also kept propping open all the food warmers, causing the top layers of the food items to cool. Can't imagine that's not a health code violation. Everything else about the hotel was good, though the cost was a bit for the area. The rooms were nicer than most Embassy Suites and they were clean (This is a newer hotel). It's clearly not geared for families, but it's in a good location, and everyone was friendly. If you need to stay near RDU, it's a good place to stay if you don't care too much about the breakfast.

wonderful staff, perfect room, perfect location!! So many restaurants nearby!!

LOVED this GORGEOUS hotel! It was clean and beautiful. The food was great. Just a nice place to stay for a Duke weekend!

Hotel staff excellent to deal with. Complimentary breakfast excellent, manager's nightly specials, very good.....recommend highly

The hotel was clean, quiet, great food, and outstanding service!!!

Stayed there for parent weekend for son at school in Durham. Driving back and forth was easy. Room was big. High definition TV was a first for me at a hotel. Breakfasts were free and very good. Pleasant staff.

The Suite wasn't a suite in my case but it was a nice room nevertheless.
