Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Bedding felt worn and frayed. LED lighting is harsh - in the lobby and rooms. Lots of pot smoking in the parking lot - looked like traveling workers hanging out near their vehicles. Breakfast was not great - opened at 6 - we came down at 6:30 and most of the hot food and an entire coffee urn was empty. Not sure if it ever got refilled - we needed to get on the road. Pet fee is $75/night compared to $30/night at other comparable properties. Not likely to return.

They charge an outrageous $75 per night fee for my little dog. We were there 17 hours. My dog did absolutely no damage. Apparently, all Hiltons charge this. I am never staying at another Hilton. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Either they didn’t take out the flow plate restricter or the head was broken.

Staff were great. The rooms i was put into were awful. Window blinds wud not go up. When i flushed the toilet, it sprayed back up onto my legs like a geyser. Gross! The shower knob came off when i touched it. The lamps on the nightstands didnt work. Decor was just diabolical…sorry…it was just awful all around. But staff were terrific. No complaints on staff. The hotel needs serious maintenance updates and repairs even for a no frills hotel. Never again.
