The hotel is pet friendly. The room we had there was used cat litter on carpet under table. They changed us to another room where the fridge had a soda spill dried on the inside. There was dry urine on the underneath toilet seat. They had heavy air freshener in halls and common areas.
This hotel was clean and smells awesome when you enter the lobby. The rooms were labeled with tape signifying that it has been sanitized and not touched by nobody else other than the cleaning crew due to COVID. Area is nice and quiet.
I hope, you consider change the matress. The rest of the stay was great.
I loved how spacious my room was and the best free hot breakfast at a hotel. The only problem was a lamp on the desk was not plugged in and the cord could not reach to the nearest outlet. So it was hard to work at the desk at night due to poor lighting.
Convenient to everything and great service. We will return.

My wife and I were down in Fayetteville visiting family , and this hotel is great for what we need with our two kids.
Bed was covered with comforter but no sheets or blanket or pillow cases,attempted to call front desk but phone was disconnected, went downstairs and got sheets for the bed but the staff refused to make it better for me, I made the bed myself and did not have a blanket for the night, paid $180 for the night. It was my second and last stay at this hotel. Have many other options in this area
The hotel is nice. Nice city. Staff not so friendly. I like the black out rooms. Bedding looks good.
