Check in was at 3pm and the staff was calling me on the road at 330pm asking if I was still leaving. I did not receive the wifi password when I checked in on any of my paperwork. And at 1030 am the next day, the guy was already knocking on my door to kick us out. I told him we were showering and I was packing up our stuff. He was back again at 1055. Stay if you must, it is clean, but the owner is ridiculous.

I have stayed in this hotel many nights as it’s close to work. It’s safe in an area that can be questionable. The inside room entry was the primary reason for selecting this hotel. No frills, clean and have always felt safe as a solo traveler. The owner is a lovely lady who rebuilt/remodeled the hotel a few years ago. The parking lot is well lit. I would highly recommend this hotel in the area and will continue to stay.

At the rear of the hotel were some abandoned houses that were a bit disconcerting.t Rose is definitely a "no frills" hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and friendly. I would stay there again!

Price was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very dirty, floor was definitely not vacuumed, blankets and pillows very low quality, bathroom ceiling stained, sink drained very slowly. Extremely hot and humid inside the entire building, took a while for the a/c to cool the room. Reserved for 2 nights left after the first.

My door would not close properly. Unless I locked it from the inside I could pull it open and anyone could push it and enter the room. It wasn't a problem when I was in the room because I would lock it. I never had to use my key to get in the room.
