I needed to stay for one night at this hotel. my flight was delayed that day, so I called to ask if they could hold my reservation and the person on the phone said that everything was fine and it shouldn't be a problem. I did arrive at 3 in the morning and I had to wait 20 min until someone was available to help me and then the person didn't want to provide me with a room. The room that I was finally put into smell terrible and it was supposed to be a non smoker room.
It was just OK,I felt like I was at home but the people there made me feel a little uncomfortable so that’s why I say my Experience was just OK
I had lien service but never received fresh liens but other than that everything else was great
Couldn't check in due to computer problems. Cable didn't work. Thin walls and very loud traffic noise. I was glad to be out of there after a short 9hr stay.
2 nights booked to visit relatives. Booked because of vicinity and had kitchenette. No loaner kitchen supplies provided, only "for sale", First extended stay place I have seen this. Kitchen cabinets had cockroaches. Asked manager to spray while we where gone for the day, but when we returned, they were still present. Asked the night manager about it and she called the manager and reported that "she did not get around to it." Asked the night manager to do it while we were were at dinner, and she did, but still found roaches when we returned
The Staff was friendly all though the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night twice because of someone cooking something smokey at 2 am. other Than that everything was fine.
Staff should answer requests promptly, especially if the room was not turned over correctly.
Hotel ok, lots of people in and out, DOGS were allowed in rooms and BARKED a lot, elevator extremely slow.
We booked rooms in this hotel from Orbitz and after traveling for 12 hrs when we reached the hotel they didn't give us rooms because they didn't have any room available. Apparently, there was an event in Fayetteville and they sold rooms to other people. We didn't receive any email from Orbitz/ Hotel about rooms not available. When we booked the rooms we got the confirmation and a note mentioning your rooms are confirmed and there is no need to call hotel. I never have such a worse experience in life, and can't imagine this level of dishonesty shown by hotel. The staff didn't give any clear explanation to why rooms are not available. We had such a tough time with kids and no hotel. We had to spent extra and wasted hrs to get a room at last minute. I am very sad and hope Orbitz to take some actions so such incidents don't repeat.
Easy to book a room and keep the same room weekly.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. HOTEL is clean, close to downtown.
Almost 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund. We showed up and nobody was at the front desk!! I kept calling the phone they had on the counter for 20 minutes straight and no answer. I called for the next 40 minutes to the phone # provided on their website and nothing. I left the place to stay somewhere else and I was still charged for 1 night and two months later I am still disputing my refund. Worst experience ever!!!!

I don't blame you for not wanting to deal with any pest in your room! We take suspected insect sightings very seriously and usually take swift and effective action to be sure our property stays bug-free. Thank you for letting us know about your experience and I'm so sorry you had a disappointing stay because of it.
