No, the sofa was broken down. There was no shampoo so I used body wash. Tub drain kept closing. Housekeepers polite. Kitchen help were aloof. One on Christmas Eve was grouchy with a customer. Towels were sometimes not available in the pool area.

The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection but coffees quality can be improved. We had to travel with our older dog and the hotel is very accommodating.

False hope

I'm convinced the good reviews are staff/bots. I went off the amazing reviews and was looking forward to this stay. However, it was disappointing. 1. The body soap dispenser was empty 2. The toilet paper roll was near empty 3. There were stains in the tub 4. Washing machines out of order 5. Tub kept filling with water 6. They did not vacuum around the beds and there was pet hair everywhere. The only positive is that the pool was clean and staff were friendly. For the price I paid, I feel like I should get half of my money back.
