The staff were friendly and professional and attempted to accommodate us by giving us another room when the initial room’s bed was lumpy and the carpet contained pet hair! The second room was about the same. However my main complaint was the misguided pictures on their website that showed a walk-in shower in the king- one bedroom suite, that isn’t true! They only have tub and shower combination in one-bedroom suites! Breakfast was average. The property is very clean and well kept However the living room furniture could use a serious upgrade!

There was a few issues with my room but they did accommodate me for my inconvenience. The staff was amazing with the response when I reportedy issues and resolving them in a timely manner.

visit to Ft. Bragg

Went to visit my son at the Army base. The hotel was fine , the room was large, and the staff was really pleasant. Only downside is the dishwasher leaked, but nothing extreme (a towel on the floor did the job). They offered to move me to another room as maintenance could not get there until the next day. Pretty amazing. The bed was too soft was the only negative. Fayetteville is VERY hot and humid in the summers!

Extremely & Pleasantly Surprised!

It was a beautiful property. Issues: slight odor in room, shower head loose, bathroom sink extremely slow (almost stopped up). First time in Homewood Suites but not the last!
