I enjoyed the convenience of this Comfort Inn in relation to my destination in Fayetteville. The hotel was quiet & comfy. The hours for their breakfast wasn't long enough for me but I guess that its okay for most. I didn't have any issues with my room other than a dirty connector door which I cleaned. (Checked with my black light & there were no issues with the sheets or towels) All is all it was an okay stay.

Sink was stopped up once cleared the room smelled for an entire day. Mentioned this to staff but got no reply.

Staff was kind, but management was rude and refused to hand me a bottle of water, reserved for guests staying the following night. (I had just checked out and had no water to brush my teeth.) I asked very nicely and was not offered a discount for lack of water. I didn't mind until she was so remarkably rude to me when I was so polite. Some managers can't handle the stress and shouldn't interface with clientele. I wasn't going to complain, but she changed my mind....

CHAKA WAS THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT CHECKED ME IN. SHE WAS WONDERFUL. I CAME TO CHECK IN AND SHE MADE SURE I WAS SATISFIED AND HAPPY BEFORE CHECKING G INTO MY ROO

Hotel staff was really friendly. Breakfast was hot. Bathroom sink had no hotwater and lights around bathroom mirror were blown. Overall stay was pleasant

Was alittle noisy, I stayed on first floor never again.

Needed a last minute hotel to stay and with other hotels and their over inflated prices because of the Army base nearby, I tried comfort inn and was a good choice for the price.

It was a really good place to stay especially for the price. their breakfast is good, most hotels that offer breakfast just have bread and bagels, this hotel offered a variety.

My boyfriend is stationed in Fort Bragg, NC and I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay and what you get is what you pay for. It wasn't too expensive, perfect price for my budget, wasn't the Hilton type of place but it was clean, friendly staff, free breakfast. Very close proximity to EVERYTHING, mall, restaurants, etc. Plus beds very clean!

At this Comfort Inn it wasn't like the rest when i searched for amenities it had pool when we got their they said pool was closed and havent been open for a while. Also my drain in bathroom shower water was standing so had to go by shower shoes and it felt uncomfartable with standing water

The accommodations were superb for the price! The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like a baby. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for nice and cost effective. Retired Air Force MSgt Grant

The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. My only complaint would be that the air conditioner was so loud that it was hard to sleep.

I was in town for the U.S. Open weekend at the last minute and needed a place to stay. When I arrived the staff were friendly and quick to get me checked in. My room was nice and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast and the staff was very friendly if I needed anything. Hotel is a great location for restaurants, bars, and shopping. No traffic noise. I do not have anything negative to say about this hotel. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great experience. Was in Fayetteville for a weekend with my girlfriend and we stayed here. Great location close to shopping and dining. Will definitely stay again.

We were coming in from at 11:10 am and called to have the room for early check in. They said no problem. We request it for 12 pm. We were 45 mins late and they gave our room away!!! They stated others came in before us. What's the sense of having a reservation with a early check in if you are going to give it away????? We were given a another room with two beds. That is was all good but why have a early check in if you don't keep it for the customer who asks for it.

This is my second time staying in Fayetville, I enjoyed this hotel and its location much more then the hotel we stayed at previously. The best part of this hotel was its location! The room was clean and the amenities were standard. The only bad thing was the limited space in the bathroom, and our noisy neighbors! Overall, I enjoyed this hotel and would stay at this location again.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was ok,...nothing out the ordinary....bedding was clean and comfy. the location was perfect on the strip of all the restaurants.

This hotel did not have a working elevater. It was out of order and did not seem to work on it. People smoked right by the outside door and its smell came through the room doors so I had to use towel to block the smell. Room fan sounded too loudly that Icouldn't use the bathroom fan at all. Light bulb was out in the bathroom and never fixed. One of my guest fell down in front of the hotel and the staff did not seem to concern. It was an old lady...... Their emergeny kit did not have any emergency items like idoine, bandage, or even alcohole to clean the wound. overall, I would never seek for this hotel.

It was really nice and clean. I enjoyed the free internet and the staff was great.

I am originally from Fayetteville NC and had to go back home to handle some business and had been looking for a good hotel at a decent rate for a couple weeks either the hotel was outside of town or it was overpriced. I decided to go with Comfort Inn because it was within my price range and it was right in the middle of Fayetteville which is where I needed to be. At check in the staff was very friendly, the rooms were really nice and very clean. The rooms are also really spacious you didnt feel cramped up at all my 5 year old son had plenty room to play with his toys to keep him occupied. I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn and when I go back to Fayetteville I will be staying here again!
