For some strange reason the housekeeping service always supplied 2 bath towels and one washcloth. With 2 guests assigned to the room, they were expecting them to share a washcloth. As well as expecting a woman to use one towel as a combo bath and hair towel. Apparently only a person is on duty after hours. That is fine if that is Hampton Inn's SOP. The challenge is that it is difficult for that person to take care of guests needs after hours and the regular duties of the front desk staff. Once you leave for the day, housekeeping cleans your room and then they depart leaving only 2 towels and a washcloth. Now the front desk staff is left to pick-up for the deficiencies of housekeeping. When called, they are very professional, but inform you that they are the only one there and that they will attend to you in a few minutes. A minor inconvenience that I am sure that management is willing to take a risk on.

My family and I were visiting some family in the area and this hotel was everything we needed and then some.

Not worth the price, too far off 95, impossible to find even with GPS, poor surrounding area, look elsewhere.

pleasant and friendly

bed was awesome!!!! room was very clean and cozy. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly / helpful. The free breakfest was icing on the cake!!!

courteous accomodating and friendly staff. great breakfast

Hot day, small pool, water perfect temperature. Didn't realize that the size of the pool really helped as the larger ones are always freezing cold and I can't bring myself to get in, but this one was fine. Just right. Hotel was quiet, clean, tastefully decorated, sunny room. Good mattresses, nice linens, different firmness pillows. They thought of everything. Nice breakfast bar, with fresh fruit and fresh baked cookies at front desk all hours. They called a great taxi service as well. We were in town for the International Festival in Fayetteville NC, representing Guatemala. Couldn't have asked for more. Next year we will return.

Having stayed at another hotel when I've been in Fayetteville on business, I can say this hotel is much better. The breakfast options and availability of coffee at any time are a plus for those who don't want to drive to a separate location, and it was quiet, clean, safe, and convenient to where I needed to be.

My son and I had gone to North Carolina as my younger son is in the process of deployment to another country so this was our last weekend to visit and have fun. As much as I enjoyed the fact that I could have a smoking room, the tub did not drain and the blow dryer did not work in my room. The breakfast was okay but was quite annoyed of the fact that there was a very large family reunion going on and those people really abused there portions of food. The staff was okay but I can"t say outstanding as I didn't really need there help or advise on anything. The air conditioning did not work well during the day perhaps it was overloaded due to the amount of people staying, it was finally cool by the time we woke up in the morning but was uncomfortabe at times due to temp.

Hotel staff was prompt and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Had nice, updated linens, & I appreciated the free wireless and free breakfast.
